**What do you like best about Onclusive?**

Going with AirPR was a no-brainer. Their clientele include some of the largest companies in the world who's names you trust. PR is an important aspect of any company and you have to be able to trust the right PR softwares. Their dashboard is visibly pleasing and easy to access and navigate figures!  

**What do you dislike about Onclusive?**

I'm a numbers guy, and I understand that you can only get so far into the analytics, but a lot of the figures they provide are easily obtainable on other platforms at no to little cost.

**What problems is Onclusive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's so easy to track everything in one place! Rather than flipping through various social channels, adwords etc. you can access it all together and even easily compare data.

**What do you like best about Onclusive?**

I love the automated reporting function - monthly, quarterly, campaign, competitor reports are a HUGE help to demonstrate you company's media landscape. It shows the successes, the areas for improvements, and the areas you're missing completely.  The report templates take time and patience to build, but once they are in place, a report takes only moments to create and send out. 

I also love the customization of the modules and the overall flexibility of the software. It is easy to use, intuitive and fast.

And the cost vs. return is a huge plus. AirPR is far more affordable and delivers a bigger return on a smaller financial investment when compared to the archaic options that used to own the market. 

**What do you dislike about Onclusive?**

I wish that the software pulled in the actual coverage instead of only linking out to the coverage. Presenting the results with only numbers, chart and graphs does not always satisfy all members of management. I know some management teams actually want to see the numbers and the actual coverage at the same time, in the exact same space, without having to open a new window or tab. 

We currently use another software to present the coverage in full article view from one link. 

**Recommendations to others considering Onclusive:**

The weekly and then bi-weekly calls with your assigned support rep is key to being successful. Our rep has been a huge help and has always gone above and beyond for me. If you don't take advantage of their guidance, you will not get as much as you can out of the software.

**What problems is Onclusive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

AirPR is really allowing me to show the impact of media relations with my management team. My company did not have a monitoring, analyzing, reporting tool prior to AirPR, so this has really been helpful in educating my company about the impact of the team's work.

**What do you like best about Onclusive?**

My favorite part about using AIRPR is how user-friendly the tool is. It has a very clean and simple user interface that is easy to navigate and quick to learn. AirPR also has the ability to create very unique and professional reports that are fairly easy to put together. Lastly, I really like that we have a brand representative that helps us navigate the product. Our AIRPR brand representative has been very helpful in creating the reports with us by walking us through how to make them and being available for assistance on whatever questions we may have. 

**What do you dislike about Onclusive?**

There really is not much that I dislike about AirPR, this is probably because we have only recently implemented the product and I am not 100% familiar with all of the functionalities. I do wish that it pulled more social media metrics and data, but it does a great job of accomplishing what it is made for. 

**Recommendations to others considering Onclusive:**

I would recommend AirPR to anyone looking for a tool that monitors conversations around their brand. It is a great tool for a Public Relations representative to use to listen and monitor local conversations. 

**What problems is Onclusive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use AirPR to provide data on the conversations that are going on within the community. We also use the tool to create quarterly reporting from a Public Relations perspective. The reports come out very clean and organized and the metrics are very useful for our company.

**What do you like best about Onclusive?**

The platform is intuitive and very responsive. I've used other press office management systems before and found them to be clunky and slow. By comparison, PRgloo is a vital support in a busy press office - not just as a tool to manage information but also providing insight on stakeholders and reports on activity and what the team has achieved. 
The support from the PRgloo team is exceptional and they are always looking to enhance the product and make it even more useful to customers. 

**What do you dislike about Onclusive?**

There's very little to dislike about PRgloo. And the great thing is that if you do dislike something, you can raise it with the team and they will feed a fix into their next round of developments. 

**Recommendations to others considering Onclusive:**

Even if you're locked into your current supply agreement, give PRgloo a try. When it comes around to renewing, the team will be able to set you up quickly and with minimum fuss.

There are multiple benefits to using PRgloo:

**What do you like best about Onclusive?**

It's intuitive. It takes no time at all to get used to all the functions and also configure it to your needs. I use it primarily for sending out press releases and it can all be done in five minutes. Having a resource centre to direct journalists to images is very handy also. The support from PRgloo staff is exceptional - they're  responsive and go the extra mile.

I haven't found anything to dislike yet, but I'm sure they would try to fix the problem if there were any.

Time. PRgloo saves a lot of time, and that is invaluable in a busy press office.

issues with the platform have persisted for months without solution and we have been unable to use the platform for even the most basic daily needs with any certainty.

We have been using PRGloo for about six months and have found it to be an excellent tool, which has allowed us to bring in house a function which was previously outsourced. As a result, this has helped us to have greater control and influence over how we present our key messages to the right audiences.

So far we have not found any negatives of the service.

It is an easily accessible system on any device making adding info on the go very easy. It is also very intuitive and easy to navigate.

We all need good analytics to evidence the work we're doing and plan effective communications. Whilst there, this area could be better developed.

It purports to solve for a long-standing pain-point for marketing and comms teams. It can show analytics in a matter of seconds on an easy to read dashboard.

They ask for really high fees (many thousands / month) and it can get extremely pricey over time.

The product acts as a one stop shop to join up all of our engagement activity from creating media lists and sending out content, through to reviewing engagement and evaluation (analytics). A big draw in all of this has been how easy it is to use and that it is GDPR compliant.

very simple to navigate, was able to use straight away. Great support and initial demo from the PRGloo team. Great that our press release are uploaded straight to our newsroom once distributed and helpful to be able to log all conversations and statements when necessary.

Not all journalists are available on the PRGloo through the search function that we are able to find on our old PR tool

**What do you like best about Onclusive?**

Using AirPR, I created 5 in-depth reports in less than 6 weeks without any previous experience with a PR tool like this. The tool is very user-friendly, which made it easy to create these reports quickly. Analyzing the AirPR data in these reports has been a highlight of my internship as it has provided me with a deeper understanding of my company's development over the last year (and competitors’ as well). I went into my internship without an understanding of the company's PR success, but will be leaving with a well-rounded idea of what has worked in the past and what hasn’t. I was able to see what topics drive social shares, which outlets get amplified the most on social, how important it is to weight power of voice with share of voice, and more. AirPR employees were very responsive and helpful, especially when I had questions on how to create new reports. 

**What do you dislike about Onclusive?**

I wish there was a freeze button so that data didn't continue to update after I finish a report, but the AirPR team is great about listening to suggestions and I'm hopeful they will solve this soon.

How easy the dashboard layout is to look at and understand. This is the first thing I check in the morning for content because it's just easy to get a good glimpse. This is mainly due to the measuring tools which make the information clear and shows trends as well.

Cost. Our company is not that large so this is a heafty part of our budget -- but we still think it is worth it!

**What do you like best about Onclusive?**

It is great that key contacts are already in the tool - it can be used straight away without having to input any stakeholder data. The information that is already there is also editable. It is a very clean looking and stylish tool which is enjoyable to use. The key benefit of using PR Gloo is that it has some very helpful evaluation tools which can be pulled off the system quickly.  The new feature where you can email conversations to the tool is fantastic as it saves a lot of time typing from scratch. The customer service is superb. 

**What do you dislike about Onclusive?**

It would be good to turn off features we don't use but that doesn't take away the utility and usability of the tool.   There are a few small bugs but you expect that with any service.

We needed somewhere to store our contact with stakeholders that a number of colleagues could access. It is still early days but being able to see all our contact in one place shows us what we've done and still have to do. It gives us a firm basis from which we can evaluate our work.

**What do you like best about Onclusive?**

Very simple web-based interface, making it easy to use for media relations as well as stakeholder engagement. We also use the system in our Customer Service team for the logging of inquiries received by our Managing Director and from MPs and other senior stakeholders.

**What do you dislike about Onclusive?**

The reporting functionality could be improved to produce easier-to-use personalised report templates that can be saved and reused. The data export facility is currently too crude. It would also be helpful to add more fields to the Contacts section to allow correct forms of address to be added, allowing higher-quality personalised newsletters to be sent out. It would also be helpful to add more details in the Timeline under a particular contact (e.g. the Title of a Case) to make it easier to search. Finally, it would be good to add names to Cases and Activities without adding creating a brand new Contact (for ad hoc records of people).

We now have consistent information on press releases, statements, engagement with journalists and stakeholders. The newsletter functionality allows much higher-quality outreach than using Outlook and a simple email approach. The Case function allows all of the information relating to an interaction to be stored and tracked simply, and searched at a later date.

Sometimes loading all of the information takes a while to get to. I wish there was also a connection to social media tracking.

**What do you like best about Onclusive?**

This tool allows me to easily organize a robust PR program using tags and other filters so that I can drill down and really measure impact of media coverage based on a number of parameters.  It's efficient to run various tests and get nice visual representations to best represent PR success, so my reports are more polished. Of course, tying PR results to site traffic and actions taken is a huge bonus that helps me report true ROI.

**What do you dislike about Onclusive?**

For more complicated reporting needs my account manager needs to help me with "hacks" to get the reports I need. The good news is that there are always updates to the tool so often my needs are met in time anyway. Also, customer service at AirPR is excellent so I am always supported.

Another issue is that some articles aren't picked up for a few days meaning that reporting has some lag time. Again typically a glitch that improves consistently.

There need to be updates made to report on web videos that are posted to news outlets too (like local TV that posts segments online.)

This is a great tool for those who need to correlate site traffic to PR work that appears online e.g. blog posts, earned media hits published online, influencer content posted online, etc.

**What do you like best about Onclusive?**

Overall I'm very satisfied with AirPR's work. A big factor for why my team switched over from our previous media monitoring tool Meltwater, was AirPR's excellent customer service, swift action in incorporating customers' feedback into their roadmap and having the ability to track attribution for articles.

The level of customer service and attention provided by their AMs/CSMs is brilliant. The on-boarding process was seamless and quick and throughout the relationship, our AM has been very active and involved with optimizing our tool for not only our U.S/HQ team, but for all our global team members across EMEA and APAC. Any delays in the initial set up was from our side as we had to work with our Security team across varying time zones and requests.

When our EMEA team had very specific questions regarding their countries and optimizing the platform, our AM was very patient and attentive to their needs and concerns. She worked directly with their CTO and tech team to figure out what the issues were and provided solutions where possible and effective workarounds if technically something wasn't possible yet.

We have had a few different requests for features within the platform such as multiple whitelists, and after taking in our feedback, most of these changes were incorporated within a matter of months. An incredibly valuable aspect of their approach is that they sincerely listen to their customers and their customer's feedback to integrate into their roadmap immediately where possible, rather than just collect this information and sit on it.
 

**What do you dislike about Onclusive?**

We have been requesting one particular feature for an extended period of time, however knowing that the technical lift and build out required is not a simple task we had decided to sign regardless with the good faith and feedback from their CTO and tech team that they are working on this feature diligently.

Since then, we decided to renew because the AirPR team showed us their commitment and desire to be held accountable and agreed to include language in an addendum for our contact that they would be adding in this feature by end of Q3/mid-Q4. New standard of customer-centricity!

**What problems is Onclusive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to attribute ROI from PR efforts is incredibly hard to do for the sheer nature of the function however AirPR has allowed us to connect our Google Analytics and monitor the activity of readers of articles we are featured or mentioned in and see if they 1) come to our website, 2) request a demo or 3) download a report — effectively signaling to us which outlets, topics and reporters are benefiting us the most. 

Beyond ensuring that we're prioritizing the right publications and targeting the right media members with relevant content, AirPR's reporting tools has saved me significant time and manual work especially around Board meeting time.

I like the innovative metrics and industry-leading approach towards PR measurement and reporting that AirPR has in place. The integration with additional web analytic providers along with the customer feedback they listen to puts them ahead of competitors in the market. AirPR actually does what they say they can do and backs it up with data and customer service.

I dislike having to be patient for new updates to roll out. The PR industry is changing rather quickly when it comes to measurement as is the media landscape. Keeping up with those changes is a challenge not only for communicators but analytic providers. AirPR is keeping to help its customers as best it can.

AirPR Analyst is the most sophisticated measurement solution in the market with easy UI to learn. Once onboard with the solution, I was blown away by the insights about our coverage and how we compared to competitors. I was able to become more efficient and strategic with my PR efforts as a result.. 

**What problems is Onclusive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I've been able to solve channel attribution and content focus as a result of using their Analyst tool. I've performed a deep-dive analysis of our coverage to determine quality vs. quantity indicators that rank the value of different channels across earned media, owned media, and newswire media coverage. I've also been able to measure our talking points to understand what is resonating in the market by spokesperson, keyword, publication, and author. All of the above - plus more -  helps me report on the influenced revenue and brand reputation that PR can deliver to the bottom line of our business.

The platform is intuitive and easy to use. The 'influencers' can be searched using a number of filters, including geography, which is helpful for our purposes. We have been able to grow our own distribution lists very easily.

It is a good tool for distributing large attachments along with news releases. The ability to attach large documents, images or video/audio files without clogging up inboxes is very helpful. 

The PRGloo team are also very helpful, and respond to any questions, suggestions or requests very quickly.

Some influencers' email addresses are missing or contact details could be improved.

PRgloo is user friendly and intuitive. The system is easy to navigate, with everything logically designed and organised. 
We use PRgloo for all of our proactive and reactive media work, and our team has quickly taken to it. The fact it's so straightforward to use also means that new members of staff require very little training before they're fully up to speed. 
The search function is particularly useful.

The help and advice we've received from the PRgloo support team has been excellent from the moment we signed up. They're responsive, helpful and invariably resolve any issues in quick time. 

**What do you dislike about Onclusive?**

It would be helpful if the reporting function was a bit more flexible - at present it doesn't allow us to break things down by client - but I know this is being worked so hopefully improvements are in the pipeline.
Ditto the calendar, which doesn't have an alerts function, but I'm aware this is also being considered...

If you are looking for data that 1.) showcases how PR is affecting your business or 2.) empowers you to take data-driven decisions, AirPR is a great fit. While they have amazing automated reporting they are probably more expensive than the traditional media monitoring solution. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We can finally see how our audience reacts to our content beyond social shares. We have a clear picture of what people do after reading an article about us. With the automated reporting, we spend less time manually gathering our coverage, and are more strategic about who we're pitching and what messaging we're using.

**What problems is Onclusive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Like the rest of marketing, we are now able to take a data driven approach to determining what worked, what we learned and how to increase performance. 

I can't say enough good things about the AirPR team working on our account. They are supportive, responsive, and understand our business goals. Using AirPR was a markedly different experience compared to other traditional media monitoring tools where, once I signed the contract, I never heard from the team again.

The service from the team is outstanding. We have regular meetings with the Air PR account lead and when we have questions or any special needs, they get things done. In an era where most companies don't want to really talk to the customer, AIR PR does it right.

**What do you dislike about Onclusive?**

Changes to what works. Over the past few months based on feedback AIR PR made some changes to how the report module presents data. As both an owner of a comms agency and the senior comms lead to a hot startup what I saw was a sacrifice that leads to "make it easier to show how good of a job was being done" vs. what was executive level understanding of what was being accomplished in a quick snapshot. The data is still there, it's just harder to present..

**Recommendations to others considering Onclusive:**

One of the challenges we in PR have is measuring and defending our effectiveness. AirPR makes that such an easy hurdle to overcome. Having been talking with the founder before he launched AirPR and now being a happy user, I can say that for the first time in a long time, I'n able to really understand, not just use fuzzy logic, to see the value of the efforts and output.

Compared to the clunky software packages that we have used for logging enquiries, this one is by far the best. Easy to navigate and intuitive. We've actually enjoyed using it. It is clear that those who have produced it have worked with PR folks so that they have a system that actually works and is easy to find your way around. 

We've just recently had access to a new media database system via PR Gloo so we've not had time to really check that out. We have a done a little bit of playing about on it and there's a couple of glitches still to iron out - they are aware of this. 

We've found the service support good and fast to help you out.

**What do you dislike about Onclusive?**

I guess if I was being picky I would say that for our intended use there's maybe too many features for what we need.....not that these get in the way - it is a quick system to use. There's a lot of choice to do this and that but we tend to just do the minimum to be as fast as possible.

We do find the inputting of "themes" and "topics" to search under a bit confusing at times, and for us, not really needed. This is the only part of the software that sometimes stumps us but a wee error box comes up to tell us where we are going wrong.

These are really minor issues and with more use (only being using it for a few months) we will get a better handle on using them.

Easy to use, bespoke software which is certainly worth looking at to support Comms/Media functions.

**What do you like best about Onclusive?**

PRGloo is a very user friendly system with a clean and simple interface that is intuitive and easy to use. It’s also a very nice looking site and has everything that we need for our media team.

Everything is logical, understandable and it’s easy to customise it to work with how our own team work and report on the things that we would like reported on.

The system is excellent and we are delighted with how it works for us, however, it really is the PRGloo support team that makes it for us.

They are so helpful, friendly and happy to take feedback on how the system could work better for us. They really want their product to be the best possible product it can be and they will happily take our feedback and suggestions and have implemented many things – big and small – to improve the system. Nothing is too much trouble for them and the customer service that they provide is second to none.

**What do you dislike about Onclusive?**

My only issue is that the reporting function doesn’t pull things out to the level that I would prefer based on how we are using the system. However, the PRGloo team take on board any and all comments so I’m happy that within a few months the system will do exactly what I want it to and it’s still far and away the best system I’ve ever used as part of a media team.

We moved to this product when our previous product contract ended and it was a mad rush to find a suitable replacement product within a very tight time frame.

The PRGloo team pulled out all the stops and managed to take the data from our previous system and move it over so we didn’t lose any of our previous enquiries, contacts etc. This was a fairly simple process so anyone looking to move over from their current systems should have no concerns about losing the data they’ve currently built up.

The interface is so user friendly and intuitive. Training is provided by the team but it’s so easy to pick up that you shouldn’t have any worries in that regard. I’ve heard a lot of comments from the team that there is no worry of ‘breaking’ the system. Some systems you feel you could lose data by pressing the wrong button but this is not the case with PRGloo. There is also the benefit that the system warns you if you are closing a window without having saved your work so it helps you to not waste your time and work more efficiently.

This is an excellent product, the support team are fantastic and I would happily recommend this product to any media team or news desk.

We use PRGloo as a tool to record and manage our media enquiries, send out our press releases, manage our contacts, collate our coverage and hold our resource library.

Compared to other systems, I feel this has helped us keep a better track of our enquiries and given us a more robust way of recording our enquiries as well as reporting on them after the fact.

With this system, the team feels they have more ownership over it and how it works for us as a team. It’s made us look more closely at how we record things, how we send things out and that has made us more efficient as a team. I also feel that as we grow as a team and an organisation, PRGloo will grow with us which is a great comfort that we’re going to be using this system for the long haul.

The best thing about PRGloo is that it has a clean simple interface which is really easy to navigate. It has everything I need to product professional press releases, and good reporting functions.
The team at PRGloo are also exceptional, and always keen for feedback - they have, on numerous occassions taken on feedback and made big changes to the system to accomdate a better user experiance.

A better integration of media coverage would be useful, but this is underway. Some sort of proof-reading widget would be good so you can be sure any releases etc. are free from spelling errors. The reporting function has improved well since we first began using it.

This is an excellent product. The user-interface is easy to use and looks clean and smart.
The support provided by PRGloo is second to none - they truly care about their customers, and will go above and beyond to make sure customers are getting to the most from the product.
I would highlu reccomend this product to any Media or Comms team - we love it.

**What do you like best about Onclusive?**

PR Gloo is easy to navigate, stores things in easy-to-find places and allows you log activity effectively and efficiently.  It makes distributing press release straightforward and speedy. 

**What do you dislike about Onclusive?**

At firs it seems annoying to have to create a basic profile when you want to log contact with a journalist not already on the system. But you realise the benefit later on as the next time you interact with that person they're easy to find and all their details are available.

**What problems is Onclusive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Main benefit is keeping responses to press queries collected in one place accessible to the whole team with a minimum of fuss and with a brilliantly easy-to-use interface. 
Also offers a tool for professional looking press releases which link automatically to mailing lists. 
Makes the boring parts of the job quick and painless.

Nothing! Have had no problems with PRgloo at all.
