The user interface is the worst I have ever encountered in any platform. It seems patched together by different developers at different stages of development. Indeed, even the fonts and layout formats differ, sometimes on the same page (!) That in itself would not be a problem if it weren't for the fact that the user interface is absolutely horrendous. The menus and sub-menus are not aligned, meaning the user encounters different terms for the same functionalities. Some of the essential functions are hidden in obscure sub-menus and, worst of all, the overall setup is lacking a basic user friendliness. I'm amazed by the positive ratings from other users but perhaps I'm just a digital dinosaur. Having said that, I'm a frequent user of other business intelligence platforms and there is just no comparison. It is the most viable option to have many interests concerning the management of social networks; I can generate reports that are very productive through productivity. The lack of personalized options in the dashboard or the mailing for instance. If you want a really personalized mailing, you just have to ask for it to the support service and it will be an extra cost of course. Same problem if you want to use your own font.
