Firstly the ease of getting around to the information you need.
The filters down the left hand side are very quick to give the information in nice charts.
One of my favorite features is being able to label categories for a particular brand. For example, you can get Nike and find search terms relating to Running, cycling, swimming, hockey. You can then see which terms are spoken about the most and perhaps where it may be lacking. Very insightful!
From these categories you can also see the sentiment relating to them! So you could see that hockey shoes are quite negative for Nike. Maybe they need to look at shoes for this?

Perhaps the top reputations section? This is taking a bit longer to understand than the rest of what there is to offer,

Digimind offers the opportunity to automatically search an enormous amount of sources and validate the right articles. The validated articles can be categorized using folders or tags which helps you to find the news back later on. Further it offers an easy way to disseminate the news throughout our organization. The tool offers the opportunity to contribute and collaborate as a team on intelligence. If you are in a dynamic ever-changing market environment the tools offers you the possibility to change the monitoring very quickly. Further the Digimin crew is so much fun to work with and they have a very personal/authentic approach to their customers. They provide training and consultancy to help you set-up the tool in the most efficient way. There is a suggestion box in the portal to give feedback to Digimind about the features in the tool which is very convenient to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There is not anything I dislike. Some features can be further developed, for example the profile feature (to create a market/customer/competitor profile). This feature could be better by making it more flexible/customizable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Simplicity.
The What/When/Who/Where/How structure is so intuitive, seizing the essence of almost all the analysis. The structure will help me frame the question, and guide me through the analysis.
The mention versus audience is really unique and practical, yes, what we need is actual impact, not just number of posts, the function is not complex, but very practical

The Top Reputation does not support Chinese search engine Baidu. Since Google is not available in China, we need the integration with the top one search engine in China, Baidu.
I've discussed with Digimind team, and they are still preparing.
The analysis function is limited, and we didn't know that before our purchase, we think it should be included in the basic bundle.

I like the ease of use - it’s a very user-friendly, intuitive interface especially compared to other solutions we’ve used in the past. I can easily screenshot data or graphs and sent to a client, or use the dashboard to see certain data instantly.
I also like the bulk edit tool when mass deleting mentions. Unfortunately, some of the keyphrases we monitor can bring back so much noise, and it's great to be able to simply mass delete all of this and keep the content refined and the insights clear. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It would be nice to be able to pull Facebook ID’s easily into a spreadsheet, right now we create an Excel report manually. And we’re always listening for influencers, so we’d like a long list of influencers who have spoken about a particular topic, not just the main list of top influencers who keep appearing. - Digimind provides us a complete picture of the industry share of voice both on a global scale and country specific. Its capability to track every mentions and sentiments online is incredible and provide us an ability to create insightful reports.
- The analytics provides us a clear idea of where we are doing well and where we need to invest more time and effort
- Dashboards are useful and easy to understand, provide clear picture of what’s happening.

- The set up and configuration can be complicated
- LinkedIn is the channel that matter to us, however is seems like Digimind is unable to fully capture data from this source. You can set up to track individual public profile but that required more additional research.
- When extract reports as PDF the dashboard we have put together breaks into different documents, if this could be changed so that it exported as one dashboard would be great. Also if we could embed the interactive dashboards with HTML would be good too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The ability to pull things easily, the flexibility to set rules and classifications, the responsiveness of the support personnel, the usefulness of charts, the ability to add custom sources, the ability to specify "distance" when specifying a phrase keyword, the relatively short timeline to execute new features (in months) after receiving feedbacks. From an interface perspective, the Digimind layout and UI is intuitive, looks great and is easy to navigate. Although our team usually pull data out of these types of tools and recreate the charts in excel, its great that Digimind's dashboard is beautiful enough to show in a meeting or to screencap and put in a deck without having to recreate the charts manually. More importantly, in terms of analysis Digimind makes it incredibly easy to filter, segment and drill down into your data from anywhere in the tool. Finally, the support team behind Digimind is great. They are always friendly and very attentive to our needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The interface is very user-friendly, so I like that it’s quick and easy to use. Also, the types of charts and graphics it creates are great for reporting.
