The collaborative nature of the platform is also SO helpful and eliminates a lot of tedious manual entry of one thing in multiple places. Onboarding was incredibly easy and their team is always willing to jump on a quick call to walk us through any issues we might have (which are few and far between). This feels like a platform that's constantly improving itself with a great team behind it. It's been a game changer for our design and production team and looks to be a product that can easily scale with us as our team grows. The ROI is absolutely there in terms of the improved systems, organization, and visibility across the department. **What do you dislike about Onbrand PLM?** I haven't found anything I dislike yet and we've been on the platform for 3 months. Whenever we find something we feel the PLM is missing, it seems that their team had the thought right before we did (and is usually part of an upcoming rollout). **What problems is Onbrand PLM solving and how is that benefiting you?** Onbrand allows us to have better record keeping in our tech packs and lets us have a more cohesive plan when designing seasonal collections - gone are the days of random styles that don't fit into the collection. From being able to take fit notes, send fit comments, review callouts by the factory and have the factory enter shipping and sample measurements all directly attached to the style has been such a time saver and helped clean up communications **What do you dislike about Onbrand PLM?** Since we run so many styles through Onbrand, there is a lot of data and the processing time is a little slower. **What problems is Onbrand PLM solving and how is that benefiting you?** Onbrand has eliminated a lot of redundant work for us, like re-entering BOM information, creating new style spec pages, and adding individual construction sketches. What used to take our team about two weeks now gets done in under a week. It’s also improved our ability to test styles across vendors, and being able to easily clone and update styles to get tailoring samples has been a major process improvement. ### 3. I really love that it integrates with AI, which is a huge time saver. The team has been very helpful, and I appreciate that I can add so many details to each item of a garment. This makes me feel confident that we have access to everything we need for the future of our products. It keeps all my information in one place, so I don't spend hours searching through mixed folders, and it keeps a history that is really helpful. I really enjoy that anytime I have questions, I can email and ask for help directly from the person that helped develop and create the system, and he is fantastic, answers immediately, and always helps me. The initial setup was awesome. **What do you dislike about Onbrand PLM?** Adding spell check, and on the design page, making it easier to move the document around.
