The agenda and attendees feature isn't working as well as it could be. There are predefined categories for members and guests, which aren't always applicable. There's an issue with text formatting where I need to create double or sometimes triple spaces between lines to make the minutes readable. We have five companies, with a channel or tile for each Company. At this stage there doesn’t seem to be a method of drag-and-drop resources between those companies in on board. For example, the same strategic plan for the group may apply to all five companies and need to be added as a document to the agenda. I would need to add this to each companies resource folder. I really like OnBoard Board Management Software for its ease of use, especially for managing the back end when uploading information and making it available to a large group of people both on and off-campus. It's also beneficial for obtaining information in a timely manner, archiving it, and accessing it while traveling, whether via a laptop or mobile device. I don't like that there's no option to change or update minutes directly within the software when sending them to the board chair and secretary for approval.
