I really appreciate the amazing interface of OnBoard Board Management Software, which looks modern and almost like a social media app. It's smooth, intuitive, and particularly easy for an older audience to navigate, making board meetings much easier. The calendar feature is something I enjoy as it works well, sending notifications when a meeting is coming up and acting as a one-stop shop for managing board meetings. The management of minutes is still poor. I have to use a resource folder for that instead of it being tied to a meeting. Additionally, a book is either downloadable entirely or not. In certain areas, you can’t format text at all—there are no options for changing fonts or adding spacing between lines. This is especially annoying when I’m creating home page announcements and messages for board members, because the text ends up looking cramped and harder to read. OnBoard is very user-friendly. I have tried the AI Minutes integration software and love it. It is very helpful when typing up board minutes. It is also easy to upload documents for members to access and review before meetings. In the past, I’ve had trouble automatically integrating my Teams account and have had to set it up manually instead. I also don’t like that when board members RSVP through OnBoard, I don’t receive an email notification. I’m not sure whether that’s possible, but it would be really helpful, because when I’m busy I sometimes forget to check the RSVPs in OnBoard before meetings. I find OnBoard Board Management Software fairly easy to navigate and well tailored to board governance needs. It ensures that all of our Board papers are held in one place and that all the information needed for a meeting is easy to manage and accessible. I like how quick it performs when dragging files over to save. The pricing seems reasonable. Support has been great for any issues. I have not used AI feature yet, but I'm assuming it is great.
