I use OnBoard to set out Board Agendas and it's incredibly easy for me to use. I appreciate how it makes setting out a Board Agenda simple by calculating timings for me, which is something I naturally struggle with, thus helping me complete tasks quicker. It also allows for easy uploads of Board papers. I like how OnBoard is laid out, as it's very difficult to go wrong. Everything is clear and simple to use, without having to navigate through several different functions to get where I need to be. The agenda and attendees feature isn't working as well as it could be. There are predefined categories for members and guests, which aren't always applicable. There's an issue with text formatting where I need to create double or sometimes triple spaces between lines to make the minutes readable. We have five companies, with a channel or tile for each Company. At this stage there doesn’t seem to be a method of drag-and-drop resources between those companies in on board. For example, the same strategic plan for the group may apply to all five companies and need to be added as a document to the agenda. I would need to add this to each companies resource folder. The automatic compilation of board books once our meeting is set up also saves time, and we have the option to print a paper book if needed. I use OnBoard Board Management Software to organize board materials and send meeting invites. I appreciate how it increases transparency and allows me to upload documents for board access efficiently. I no longer have to distribute multiple versions of documents when updates are made, and I love the automatic meeting reminders. The software provides a single source for board members to access materials, which is a huge plus. I really like its ease of use, organization, and modern user interface. It's easy to find meeting information and access resources, with files organized similarly to a desktop file management style with folders within folders. I also find the modern look of the user interface much better compared to others. Setting it up was very easy. OnBoard's onboard team was there every step to ensure set up and handoff was smooth.
