This is such a time saver. We also have found the voting feature within OnBoard to be very user and admin-friendly - it's very easy to make changes in real-time as the motions are being made/changed and our board members love being able to vote via their phone. OnBoard gives me the flexibility to continue to make changes right up to the meeting date. Board members are able to access the virtual board book from wherever they are using the device that they prefer. We are also able to use OnBoard for committee meetings and cabinet meetings and capture any votes that take place directly in OnBoard. I also use the polls/voting option almost daily with cabinet. There are many small items that need cabinet consensus and instead of waiting until the next cabinet meeting, we upload the needed documentation and send it out for a vote. The results are recorded in OnBoard for future reference, which is especially helpful for any board votes needed during the audit. I also love the ease of use and implementation. I have had to do very little individual training with board members, and customer service has been super responsive whenever I (or a board member) has had an issue. **What do you dislike about OnBoard Board Management Software?** It would be great to store more information about individual board members and have the ability to run reports based on that information. **What problems is OnBoard Board Management Software solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are saving time and money by not creating and printing a bound board book. It had issues but most early developments do, and the issues were worked on very diligently. at that time. **What do you dislike about OnBoard Board Management Software?** After a great deal of selling and requests to bring the tool to a new company, we took the leap and introduced it to the BOD. We implemented the software but it was still experiencing the slow performance and clunky output of its earlier life. Really nothing in this product sweet that could not be served by a much less expensive and specialized product such as Smartsheet, Force.com, Gsuite. Thank goodness we made the investment. After years and years of making thousands of paper copies of agendas and handouts, and sending hundreds of emails prior to quarterly and annual meetings, I can honestly say OnBoard portal has made my life so much easier. Jenni Washington is a wonderful Implementation Manager. Her calendar always had time when I needed to schedule a quick Zoom meeting, and she was so proactive in following up before or after our meetings to ask how it was going and if there was anything she could do to help me through the learning process. As someone who dislikes taking time to read a manual to learn a system. I can say the OnBoard system has been mostly easy to "learn as I go." I love that announcements, meetings, documents, etc. can be added to the portal and OnBoard will automatically send an email to our Board members that something has been posted. Such a time saver since I don't have to send emails any longer. **What do you dislike about OnBoard Board Management Software?** It took some time to remember I have to "publish" a meeting agenda so all the committee members can view the documents. The simple solution was numbering our fiscal year files to ensure they were listed chronologically, but our preference would be to bypass the number system.
