**What do you like best about OnBlick HR Compliance?**

The I9 module is one of the best in OnBlick because it makes it easy to complete I9s electronically. It saves a lot of time since the forms are filled out online, and it also supports using Authorized Representatives as well as the Alternative procedure.

**What do you dislike about OnBlick HR Compliance?**

I find the software very helpful so far, and I haven’t run into any pain points yet. It has made my work easier and more straightforward.

**What problems is OnBlick HR Compliance solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When it comes to completing the I-9, the process feels much simpler thanks to the electronic forms and the regular updates the team shares about any I-9 and E-Verify changes. Communication with employees is also straightforward, since we can use email to easily get the I-9 form completed.

We are using the software for 2 years and this has made our life easy. 
All modules are well designed and good direction is given so that HR can easily complete all the activities without any disturbance. I recommend OnBlick as one of the best software for HR immigration and compliance. Electronic I-9 is very simple to learn and initiate.

I do not dislike anything as of now. We are using all the features in OnBlick. It is easy to follow and use. If we have anything we can take help from the OnBlick Team

The best thing I like is the electronic I-9 and the OnBlick authorized representative services. Public access files are also one of the good features and it will take very less time to create PAF once the user knows how to use it

Uploading all the required documents is straightforward, and in some cases the platform can even generate specific documents automatically. It has been especially helpful for us to have employees submit their timesheets directly through the portal. When a document expires, it automatically sends an alert, which reduces the manual work of having to check expiry dates.

**What do you like best about OnBlick HR Compliance?**

I like how OnBlick HR Compliance reduces manual work by generating the PAF and initiating the I983 for STEM candidates. The electronic signatures make record maintenance easy too. The timesheet management feature is great as it integrates with project details for MSA, making our task smoother. I appreciate the performance reports, which help maintain employee records and track leave and working hours. Once the timesheets are approved, we can evaluate performance based on work done and appreciations, which helps HR during appraisal cycles. Navigation is perfect and completely user-friendly, and the setup was very easy, which adds to the overall seamless experience. Additionally, integrating with Everify web services and QuickBooks Online increases its utility for us.

Generating invoices is also straightforward and user-friendly, thanks to the integration of QuickBooks with OnBlick, making it easy to get the work done. Additionally, the timely alerts for document expiry are extremely helpful, allowing employers to remain informed and address any issues well before the six-month deadline.

**What do you like best about OnBlick HR Compliance?**

I love using all the modules available in OnBlick HR Compliance, like I9, H1B case management, and PAF. I think the best part is their support and excellent knowledge on compliance and immigration-related stuff. As for the tool itself, I really like the I9 and E-Verify integration. Completing the I9 with remote verification using live video call is very helpful for verification. The integration with E-Verify webservices reduces manual work and makes onboarding easy. The setup was very easy, and it's a user-friendly software that I strongly recommend.

**What do you like best about OnBlick HR Compliance?**

I like OnBlick HR Compliance for its user-friendly interface and the timely alerts for document expiry, which notify me six months in advance. I also appreciate the feature that allows generation of PAF with one click using a prefilled template under the DOL law, making the initiation of offer letters very easy for employers. The I9 Live Video call verification is another feature I enjoy. Additionally, the support is always there to help within no time, which I find reassuring.

OnBlick has introduced eSignRight, which allows us to keep all our electronically signed documents organized in one place. This is a very useful feature, especially for I-9 and immigration-related processes. The forms are consistently updated to reflect the latest USCIS changes. OnBlick continues to add more helpful features and modules that support daily tasks, such as the onboarding workflow and eSignRight.

I have not experienced any problems while using the system. The support team is highly trained, and the help they offer is outstanding.

The Public Access File process is straightforward and user-friendly. It automatically collects the necessary documents and assembles the file in just a few steps, which really saves us significant time and effort. The Timesheet feature is also extremely useful. Managing and tracking hours, as well as approving time, is simple and efficient. This keeps everything well-organized and helps us prevent errors.

We've been using OnBlick for a few months now to help with HR compliance and immigration, and it's been a great experience so far. Rohit was very helpful in getting us set up and walking us through the features. Once you get the hang of it, the software is easy to use and has really streamlined our onboarding process.
The dashboard is user friendly, and gives our HR team all the info they need. We've had a smooth experience with I-9s, and we’re especially impressed with how the completed I-9, supporting docs, audit trail, and eVerify results—all in one place.
Overall, we’re happy with the support from OnBlick, especially from our rep, Rohit Chelikani. He’s knowledgeable, responsive, and always ready to help.

OnBlick helps From initial onboarding to completing the I9 of the employee using multiple options even with remote option. It was great handling along with tracking the timesheets and generation of invoices to clients and vendors. They have come up with Performance evaluation which helps us to run the valuation report for all the existing employees

Sometimes we face 500 Error, But team always helps it to get it resolve with in no time. I would like to suggest onblick team to have 24*7 support if any issue comes up.

The OnBlick dashboard is simple and easy to use. For employees, it’s a one stop place to find all important details. Employers will also find it straightforward, tasks like tracking employees or generating PAF are now quick and easy. The new eSignRight feature is a great addition. You can create and send e-signature documents in just a few steps by adding placeholders right from the OnBlick portal.

We have been using Onblick for over a year. It is easy to use, and the I-9 /E-verify modules have been helpful when all the work is done remotely. It complies with all the rules; captures the signature log, geolocation, date & time stamp. We have a new module now for E Signatures, the OnBlick has launched the new module which is eSignRight, its very helpfull to initiated the esignature document from OnBlick.
