**What do you like best about OnBlick HR Compliance?**

Complete features, customer support, professionalism from the team from OnBlick. Very happy with the support I received throughout the process from OnBlick team, Karthik, Sandhya, Nandini, Priyanka. Public Access File, I-9 and all other available features are amazing. It makes our work more productive. We do not need to worry about any compliance issues Onblick features is there to maintain all areas of compliance.

**What do you dislike about OnBlick HR Compliance?**

Everything is great about OnBlick. No complaint till date.

**What problems is OnBlick HR Compliance solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Compiling all document, employee data in one place. I do not have to keep browsing different servers. System alert process makes our work even easier.

**What do you like best about OnBlick HR Compliance?**

I use OnBlick for onboarding and completing the I9's. It is very helpful while completing the I9's remotely as they provide alternative procedure option and Authorized representative option.

**What do you dislike about OnBlick HR Compliance?**

Currently the flow is working fine for me in terms of using the software. I don't have any dislikes

**What problems is OnBlick HR Compliance solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It saves a lot of time for completing the onboarding activities. We avoid the paper work and most of the onboarding is completed using the software. Completing I9's is very good.

**What do you like best about OnBlick HR Compliance?**

We are using the software for 2 years and this has made our life easy. 
All modules are well designed and good direction is given so that HR can easily complete all the activities without any disturbance. I recommend OnBlick as one of the best software for HR immigration and compliance. Electronic I-9 is very simple to learn and initiate.

**What do you dislike about OnBlick HR Compliance?**

I do not dislike anything as of now. We are using all the features in OnBlick. It is easy to follow and use. If we have anything we can take help from the OnBlick Team

**What problems is OnBlick HR Compliance solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The best thing I like is the electronic I-9 and the OnBlick authorized representative services. Public access files are also one of the good features and it will take very less time to create PAF once the user knows how to use it

OnBlick software is very user-friendly and anyone can easily adopt to the system with a minimum guidance. Also, they have a very good support team who will help us with a minimum time

**What do you dislike about OnBlick HR Compliance?**

At the moment, I don’t have any dislikes, since I’m still exploring the system.

**What problems is OnBlick HR Compliance solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has been helping us complete our onboarding formalities. It’s also very easy to fill out Form I-983 in the system, and I appreciate that it supports electronic signatures.

Onblick simplifies compliance and automates key processes, which greatly supports our immigration team during onboarding. The software is very user-friendly and easy to navigate, making it straightforward to complete tasks such as the I9, PAF, and I983. Overall, the system is very helpful for companies that need to maintain records in line with USCIS guidelines.

**What do you dislike about OnBlick HR Compliance?**

So far, we haven’t encountered any issues with this software. It has been really helpful for us.

**What problems is OnBlick HR Compliance solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Uploading all the required documents is straightforward, and in some cases the platform can even generate specific documents automatically. It has been especially helpful for us to have employees submit their timesheets directly through the portal. When a document expires, it automatically sends an alert, which reduces the manual work of having to check expiry dates.

I like the ability to directly connect timesheet tracking on OnBlick also employees can submit their timesheets using ESS option where we can pull all the required reports.

The overall experience could have been better in terms of Load time, process clarity.

**What do you like best about OnBlick HR Compliance?**

I like how OnBlick HR Compliance reduces manual work by generating the PAF and initiating the I983 for STEM candidates. The electronic signatures make record maintenance easy too. The timesheet management feature is great as it integrates with project details for MSA, making our task smoother. I appreciate the performance reports, which help maintain employee records and track leave and working hours. Once the timesheets are approved, we can evaluate performance based on work done and appreciations, which helps HR during appraisal cycles. Navigation is perfect and completely user-friendly, and the setup was very easy, which adds to the overall seamless experience. Additionally, integrating with Everify web services and QuickBooks Online increases its utility for us.

I like OnBlick because of it's user-friendly navigation. Also, it helps us with the regular alerts where we will not miss on any activities in terms of updating the latest documents

**What do you dislike about OnBlick HR Compliance?**

Sometimes the alerts are not real time as it takes time to vanish the alerts once the action is performed

**What problems is OnBlick HR Compliance solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With the help of OnBlick we are finding it easy to maintain the employee records intact. Starting from Onboarding, completing the I9 and Everify and updating the work authorizations. Everything is very easy to update and keep a track of it to complete the reverifications.

**What do you like best about OnBlick HR Compliance?**

One aspect that truly impressed us is the timesheet management feature, which is seamlessly integrated with project details for MSA and PO. Generating invoices is also straightforward and user-friendly, thanks to the integration of QuickBooks with OnBlick, making it easy to get the work done. Additionally, the timely alerts for document expiry are extremely helpful, allowing employers to remain informed and address any issues well before the six-month deadline.

**What do you dislike about OnBlick HR Compliance?**

As of now we do not have any dislikes about the software, everything is well navigated and user friendly

**What problems is OnBlick HR Compliance solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Timesheet management includes both evaluation and performance reports, making it easier for employers to access detailed information about their employees. In addition, it assists with leave management by providing a clear record of employees' leave history.
