**What do you like best about ON24?**

Provisioning and hosting a webinar is very straightforward and easy to handle. I like that there is an option to provide additional resource documents that can be downloaded by the audience at any point throughout the webinar. Many other platforms do not offer this capability. It also is convenient that the registration link, the live view link and the link to the webinar recording are and stay all the same. Additionally, the reporting data is robust and offers many insights into webinar attendance and interaction.

**What do you dislike about ON24?**

The attendee list in live webinars does not automatically refresh.

**What problems is ON24 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ON24 is allowing me to host corporate or co-branded vendor webinars that enable our company to get our message across to our customers and prospects. The robust reporting tools generate valuable marketing-qualified leads and data for our follow-up efforts.

**What do you like best about ON24?**

I find the customizable audience view to be the most helpful and allows for us to get the most engagement out of our viewers. It's wonderful being able to add different engagement tools.

**What do you dislike about ON24?**

I'd say one of the bigger downsides of the platform is the outdated look and feel of components you are unable to customize. We also are not fond of the engagement hub tool as we cannot get it to properly work with our CRM.

On24 events are allowing us to provide high quality virtual events and webinars to our audiences to eduate folks and begin to drive demand for our products and solutions.

**What do you like best about ON24?**

The event management support we get with our Elite program is always excellent, and since we have a large pool of people who run events and present (often from outside the company), the training and support during the event are really valuable.

**What do you dislike about ON24?**

They are too restrictive with negotiating contracts - they insist we buy 10 events and if you don't use them by the end of the contract period, you lose them even though you paid for them. The look of the console could be improved. Also, when you download the recordings of your events, the quality of the videos tends to be poor - and make sure you download the files within 30 days of your event, because last year they decided to charge extra if you try to download your own event recording after 30 days.

**What problems is ON24 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Event management support saves us a lot of time and ensures all our events run smoothly. Our presenters are always happy with the support.

**What do you like best about ON24?**

I love the ability to create an interface that is personalised for each event and be on brand. The engagement is perfect and the tracking of attendance makes it easy to report on and engage with relevant customers.

**What do you dislike about ON24?**

Some events that I've attended with ON24 can often be cluttered or hard to navigate that there is a separate window for media and slides, and when snapping to fit the screen can often make the screen appear complex. Closed captions also appear in quite a small format on the media player.

**What problems is ON24 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to host our customer-facing webinars and track registration and engagement with the events. Deliver Webinars that allow users to have live closed captions during webinars and on-demand is so crucial for us.

The reporting is really great and having the flexibility during an event is amazing. The implementation team is very thorough and make it easy to get going.

I don't have a lot to say here. Maybe a better full screen sharing mode?

We had previously partnered with 3rd parties to host webinars. We're now able to host and control the event to suit us.

**What do you like best about ON24?**

ON24's biggest selling point is the ability to do live webinars without requiring the user to download some sort of app/desktop client. They allow live webinars to be rolled into on-demand webinars, or a hybrid type can be selected. They have dedicated customer support for answering questions and onboarding.

**What do you dislike about ON24?**

Unfortunately, while once ON24 was unique in being the only platform that could be joined simply through a web browser, those days are past, and many other options exist, and often times with more modern features and UI.

ON24's UI, while it is slowly improving bit by bit, largely still looks like a relic from the 2000s. It is unintuitive and ugly. All the buyer-facing materials that they have, from their website to sales docs, look great. As soon as you log in to the backend however, it's like going back in time 15 years. They have almost no customization options for things such as landing pages and emails, and even those are not simple editors, they're code editors. In an age where WYSIWYG editors have been a thing for over 10 years, restricting editing to using code should be retired.

They rely very heavily on one specific way to do webinars, that is that users connect a webcam and upload a slide deck. So many aspects of the system rely on the slide deck. However many companies have much better ways to present their content, or perhaps want to give a webinar without a slide deck. These options can in many cases be cobbled together, but it's not set up to accept those types of presentations very well. Contrast this with some of the other webinar options, who have built-in features to adapt the experience to better accommodate different types of presentations, some even allowing direct streams to the software with a stream key.

There are other examples of where ON24 has fallen short for us, but I'll leave it there. It has gotten the job done, however I would expect it to be so much easier to use and much more robust for the subjectively high cost. We're looking forward to switching platforms later this year, which has all the features and user-friendliness one might expect from a software company in 2023, and it is less expensive. Win-win.

ON24 allows us to give live presentations and classes to large groups of people without requiring them to download anything. It has led to increased conversions and inquiries, however many other platforms would achieve the same effect.

lots of features, good support team, automation in sending emails and follow ups, etc. i like how much data the platform tracks in who joins, stays, conversion rates, etc.

"clunky" is how I'd describe the platform itself. going back and forth between pages is not overly smooth and sometimes it feels like there are SO many features that it overcomplicates things

**What do you like best about ON24?**

The customer service is excellent, but also the user experience is great.  The ON24 webinar console provides a really professional and interactive experience for our attendees.  They can download additional information, find links quickly and easily, and communicate with us easily before and after the session.  Onboarding was also great with On24. Webinars are a big money maker for us, and we were determined to be experts of the system before we started promoting and selling the new webinars.  The onboarding team was great and walked us through creating our webinars, promoting them, running them, and answering all of our questions. They are very responsive anytime we have any issues, have introduced a lot of new features to us, and are always quick to schedule calls when we need more information or assistance, or have any problems.  From the producer side, On24 is pretty intuitive, and is easy to use and understand once you get the hang of it.  There are a lot of options and features that take some time to learn, but it comes with the added bonus of having a lot of features and options in the webinar itself.  It allows for so much flexibility and customization which is great.

**What do you dislike about ON24?**

They are on the cutting edge of tech for the most part, but we have had a few requests for webinar streaming tech that they're not doing yet.  We're a unique digital media company though, so it's understandable.  They have been good to take our suggestions to their product development teams, though. I wish that during the session, it was easier for our panelists to show comments from our attendees in a more aesthetically pleasing way.  The chat is visible, but we like to highlight the points made by our audience since they can really positively contribute to the conversations. Sometimes setting up webinars can be a bit complicated because there are SO many options but that really isn't so much of a problem it's just a bit overwhelming sometimes.

**What problems is ON24 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They are creating a more interactive webinar session without us having to do all the work.  Webinars can be so boring if you're just sitting there watching a zoom call and On24 provides a lot of options to make the sessions more engaging, more visually stimulating, and more interactive. On24 is creating a webinar that is not only interesting and educational to join, but also fun to participate in! Creating an engaging and interactive environment for learning is great for our audience They are also adding a lot of great reporting and interactive reporting to webinar sessions for our clients.  We used to have to pull all the numbers and create reports ourselves, but On24 allows link access, so we can send a link to our customers and they can access reports and downloads and information themselves.  It gives us a lot of freedom to provide them with the link and then not have to pull all those numbers and manage that ourselves.

The service level is fantastic. There may be features that ON24 does not have that I need, but whenever I reach out for help I am met with "lets find a work around" or answers to my questions without any hesitation or frustration. I feel like everyone I speak tois knowledgeable.

There are a few things that I would like that are not included in our package- I was not the initial buyer so I don't know if this was on our radar when we signed up. I wish there was more capabilities to run big virtual events, not just webinars.

We were running webinars with Zoom which was not allowing us to capture all of the viewers information that we needed. On24 lets us choose exactly what fields we want to capture and gives us the audience information in a timely, organized manner.

**What do you like best about ON24?**

My company has been using ON24 for about 8 years now. We rely on ON24 to deliver over 1000 webinars per year as a combo of both simulive and live events. We have a weekly standup with our ON24 team that includes our account manager and other ON24 staff. They take our requests for product enhancements seriously and over the years we have seen things we've asked for implemented to the platform. ON24 also is very transparent with their roadmap for enhancements. They take the time to review new features with us. It's a stable platform and works extremely well to deliver our webinars to our clients.

**What do you dislike about ON24?**

I'd like to see a feature where people we manually register for a webinar can receive a custom registration notification. Our standard notification does not include any webinar details beyond the webinar title, date and time. I have done some work where I have done some on-the-fly customizations when I pre-register a group. I've found that when I pre-register a group that receives a customized email that includes the webcast details, attendance goes up by 20 - 40% over pre-registered groups that receive only a standard notification.

**Recommendations to others considering ON24:**

It's easy to use and as far as presenting goes, it only takes a few minutes to train a new presenter on how to use the tool. It's very intuitive.

**What problems is ON24 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The ON24 platform is easily customizable and allows us to create specific templates for events that are more engaging for our audience. The automatic attendance checks make it easy for us to track attendance. Love that reactions have been added to the platform. In the webinars I've run using the reactions the audience has used them and they've been an easy way to get real-time feedback.

**What do you like best about ON24?**

ON24 is by far the most robust webinar platform I have ever used. It provides seamless functionality to engage with your audience before, during, and after an event. It integrates with Marketo and thus Salesforce to make every webinar event easy to capture leads.  I also like that it offers clients the ability to assign different roles as they host a webinar- you can have a producer, and several presenters- this allows for different levels of administration and to have people supporting live events as there are  other people presenting.  I also like the feature of having webinars automatically recorded and available to attendees almost immediately after an event.

**What do you dislike about ON24?**

Because of its complex nature, it requires a lot of training upfront, even if you have hosted a number of webinars in the past. The platform has many bells and whistles but you have to learn where they are located and how to use them. The console is a great example- while it offers the ability to customize the audience experience, it can be a bit challenging to set up if you don't know how/where to edit the content. I've used the online training but it seems that many organizations have a specific configuration, so it would mean that users need to seek help internally.

**What problems is ON24 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed a solution that integrates well with our marketing automation system- Marketo. It reduces the need for data input and for downloading webinar attendee lists.  It's easy to create smart lists in Marketo for webinar promotion and instantly get attendee lists to share with our sales team.

**What do you like best about ON24?**

The most helpful feature of using ON24 is that the updated layout is more user-friendly and clear. Also, the default messages sent to the registrants save us some time.

**What do you dislike about ON24?**

The downside of using ON24 is that the registration page layout is very limited - header, synopsis and form. it would be great if there are more templates provided so we could further personalize the page based on client's needs. Another thing that disappoints me is that the changes are not reflected immediately, it could take a couple of minutes sometimes or even fail to save the changes when using Chrome.

**What problems is ON24 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's flexible to personalize the console page (the tools are also helpful in terms of lead generation which makes our clients satisfied). And the report function is very useful for us to analyze and evaluate our marketing activities' performances and revise our plan accordingly.

There are SO many ways that the audience can engage during a webinar. Audience members no longer have to simply sit, listen and watch a presentation. Within the audience console, users can ask the speaker questions in real-time, gain access to related resources, read the speaker's body language while still having visibility of the slide content, follow through CTAs, earn CPE credits and more. Not only does the audience have enhanced engagement abilities, but the speaker console provides a glorious experience on their end with endless opportunities for engagement.

**What do you dislike about ON24?**

The integration with Salesforce was rocky at first, but the integration support team has been a fantastic help in isolating and resolving the issues we were having.

**What problems is ON24 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ON24 provides detailed analytics on webinar engagement that helps our sales team identify new leads and drive up sales. The platform has an engaging audience experience that our clients thoroughly enjoy. We also utilize the available integrations with HubSpot and Salesforce, which provides a seamless experience to track this data across platforms. The ON24 engagement hub also allows us to have a resource library of archive/past webinars available on-demand for users to watch anytime.

I like that ON24 is always developing new engagement ideas, harnessing AI and really focused on thinking like the customer.  It's a powerful tool that continues to evolve in exciting ways.

**What do you dislike about ON24?**

Only current downsides seem to be understanding all the available tools and bundles for specific use cases and finding a way to the best case bundles for unique needs.  But our reps work hard to help us figure that out!

Reaching our customers when and where they want to be reached with engaging content.  Really understanding what they need and how they prefer to engage with content and information.

I really enjoy how customisable the console builder is, we can really switch out the look and feel of the console depending on our different target audience which is really useful

Technical problems still happen quite often which can often be stressful when we are hosting a webinar. Tech support is also not really helpful during crunch time in terms of troubleshooting

I love the consistent flow of helpful resources and content that come out of ON24. They run relevant webinar series and publish reports that I find very useful.

ON24 doesn't have the most attractive UI for both the backend and customer-facing (audience console) and they could improve the production quality by adding more layouts for presentation media.

ON24 solves the problem of needing a digital event platform that has a user-friendly console for attendees, speakers, and producers. I also love the analytics that come out of ON24.

**What do you like best about ON24?**

On24 has fast technical support via chat, an easy-to-use audience console to submit Q&A, and download additional resources. It's also easy to offer CPE Credit - once someone is eligible for CPE Credit (poll questions answered and time attending the webinar) they are able to download the certificate from the audience console!

**What do you dislike about ON24?**

There could be improvements to the reporting. There's a lot of clicks to get to a webinar report, and I wish there was better reporting across all webinars.

**What problems is ON24 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We can connect with hundreds of customers and prospects in a platform that's easy to use for both webinar producers, presenters and attendees. We've even changed an annual live event to a webinar because we found that attendance could be increased while still providing quality content/engagement.

**What do you like best about ON24?**

on24 is a great program to host webinars and get clients to engage with materials.  It is also incredibly beneficial having the page that shows all the different interactions, tells you who/what/when someone downloaded or clicked around the webinar.

**What do you dislike about ON24?**

The program can be slightly confusing and there isn't an easy way to find answers online aside from reaching out to the help desk.  That said, the help desk is super resourceful and are always willing to help.

**What problems is ON24 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

On24 has helped us learn what materials our clients like to engage with and prefer to see.  This allows us to tailor what we are sending them a bit more to ensure they are getting the most use out fo the product.

Connection not always the greatest though I have a very strong wifi signal. It's hard to be hardwired all the time.

ON24 has the capability to host different types of event, add closed-captioning (not only in English but in various languages to be more inclusive), the data provided helps us to understand where we can improve and the Engagement Hub is a true asset for our OD webinars. Last but not least, the technical assistance is very responsive.

**What do you dislike about ON24?**

It is not a dislike but areas of improvement: accessibility features, report design and capability.
The platform is accessible but not fully. The report could be improved for a better navigation and use.

Being data-driven, ON24 helps us gather helpful information to make decisions. The analytics provided keeps our strategy on track. Also, as we want to be more inclusive, ON24 solves language barriers, accessibility issues.

**What do you like best about ON24?**

Easy to use platform for creating virtual events with most of the features needed to run a successful event. It's easy to make changes on the fly and creates a nice experience for the end user by offering the ability to share links, assets, polls, and more, during the event.

**What do you dislike about ON24?**

Limitations with social meta tags. On24 does allow you to customize the image and abstract. However, On24 uses the summary card on Twitter and I'd really like them to either use the summary card with large image OR give us the ability to upload a different size image for Twitter. 

The abstract text is also an issue because the time and date of the event show up ahead of the abstract text in the og:description. This looks bad when links to on-demand events are shared. I understand I can upload an image with the post when sharing so the description doesn't show up, but that's not ideal for social media advocates, influencers and affiliates.

**What problems is ON24 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

On24 allow us to host live and on-demand events. It allows us to host multiple webcasts over multiple days even group event series together under one registration page.

The user management is system is quite clean an simple, this helps out a lot, it makes way easier to be able to fulfill my responsibilities, and the UI it's slick and modern.

Not being able to download a report of users is sometimes an issue, since we constantly have to be doing this manually, if a way to export reports or a report module could be implemente d could be incredibly helpfull.

The best for me is I can update the session 1 day before (eg) change date and times if applicable and also  use the analytics to track engagements and do further reach outs for attendance

There are times of frustration when the slides freeze or the videos cut off, and we have to refresh the screen. Meaning for presenters and producers, happily, this does not happen to the audience as the session is pre-recorded.

Well, you have an excellent support team that assists when I'm unclear, when it's my fault the sessions lag or when the ON24 is having issues. They investigate and are very professional in sending me updates and what I could try to make the sessions better

**What do you like best about ON24?**

It has a lot of features which is the only good part about it

**What do you dislike about ON24?**

I don't normally write reviews but the displeasure of using this software has pushed me over the edge to want to write a review. As mentioned, the best thing about this tool is the amount of features it has and it stops there. The problem is, all these features are not developed well which results in a subpar performance. 

To give an example, their share screen feature is ONLY available in Live and not simu-lived webinars. Additionally it outputs it into a 360p mess which means audiences can't see much. So yes it is a feature but a mess of a feature. 

There are also just small annoying UI UX things about the experience of using the tool that just puts me off the platform. If you're considering buying this - DON'T. So many better options in markets. 

Yes it's the encubment and most likely has the best 'features' (but it's a lie) + has a ton of support but there are plenty of other options out there. Heck even Zoom webinars does a better job in my opinion.

**What do you like best about ON24?**

ON24 is user-friendly when creating a basic webinar template. There's a setup progression that makes sure that you fill in all the basic steps. There is also an explanation icon you can hover over for extra information.
Customer service has improved, and they have a pretty solid CSM team when you need specific help. They are constantly following up with you to ensure you are satisfied and get the most out of your investment.

**What do you dislike about ON24?**

Data gathering and analysis are a little confusing. It would be nice if there were an easier way to search and extract data of a specific webinar or be able to make comparison data etc.
The design feature from the landing page to the console could have more editable elements for a more personalized look.

**What problems is ON24 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

After looking at other webinar platforms, ON24 offered the proper setup for the professional look and feel we were aiming for. 
We also wanted a platform that would easily integrate with our CRM with minimum effort.

You can customize almost all aspects of the tool to whatever you may need: graphics, hyperlink-able images, dynamic on-brand consoles for my customers, etc. It also has the ability to engage the audience in fun and creative ways through polls, emoji reactions, Q&A, live chat, break-out rooms, and more. It really is a great product if you are creative with what you are trying to deliver.

**What do you dislike about ON24?**

The video export capabilities are not full HD. I wish you could produce the webinars more. For example, I can't customize who is on camera if there are multiple people presenting. I would love to be able to storyboard my webinar and control who is on screen, where their face appears in the media tile, do lower thirds over their video, place people into the webinar and take them off-screen, etc.

**What problems is ON24 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

On24 provides opportunities to engage with customers through webinars, but also grants us the ability to provide virtual conference experiences, hybrid events, and also fully virtual event opportunities beyond just a webinar.

The webinar functionality is the most helpful tool that ON24 offers for us. We used goto webinar previously but found ON24 was much more suited to our needs with the ability to run simu-live events, upload and run through slides before the webinar starts.

**What do you dislike about ON24?**

There is limited functionality around hosting on-site content through the ON24 platform as standard, we worked with their support team to help with this, but if you can't do this work in-house, it could become costly. Hosting content through ON24 means it can be tracked and you can see what content people are viewing on your website.

**What problems is ON24 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ON24 is solving the issue of having to coordinate many people at the same time multiple times a month/year. We can now host more webinars by recording them and having them as simu-live events meaning we don't have employees sat in webinars for hours every month, we record it once, and it's used multiple times.

The Webinerd resources aren't shared by customer service or on the website enough; I had to dig around for them. Once I found them, it's been a treasure-trove of info!

There are a ton of cool features and options to keep users engaged during webinars. The presenter view and format is easy to use and very customizable to your preferences. Overall this tool provides a better webinar experience for attendees and presenters/staff than other tools.

There are a lot of options, which is great, but sometimes it can be difficult to remember where certain features are located or how to edit them. The reporting is also very robust but sometimes I wish there was just a simpler way to see some of the basic stats.

On24 keeps our audience more engaged during a webinar and also gives us options to automate emails, share additional content, utilize the video recording elsewhere and pull detailed reports.

For an eight-hour webinar with individual sessions, they all had to be set up separately. Would have liked a more integrated individual session.

I love the many features that ON24 offers. There are so many customizations available that it's easy to make your event look exactly how you want it. It helps us look polished and professional!

Not everything is intuitive on the platform, and there is a fairly steep learning curve. Once you figure it out, however, it is pretty user friendly.

**What problems is ON24 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Since the onset of COVID-19, my team has been working remotely and we have been forced to shift all of our regularly in-person trainings and events to virtual programming. And, we have easily been able to record these virtual programs and include them in our on-demand library, which has grown exponentially over the last several months. We couldn't have done this without ON24!

We have experience with on24 thru doing webinars with trade publications, but we decided to do our own series of events. There is a learning curve for sure, and that's where on24 support is key. We have one contain to go with questions. That person actually changed mid-stream, but that was fine. Both answer our questions promptly, and often include screen shots to go along with answers,

Some times after setting up an event, you are sure you have it correct. But our support person has usually been willing to take a loook.

I like the User Interface & easy to use widgets in On24. The On24 gives you different Region accounts & also different channels of Webinars. I love the new Brand update on On24, and it is crisp & neutral at the same time.

I'm not too fond of the usage of widgets & their alignments in the console window. One more thing I am not too fond of is On24's Cache issue, and once we update the Registration Page, it takes a lot of time to reflect it.

Updating the User Interface has benefited me as a user & but it still needs to be improved in all the components of ON24, as currently, it has been done only in one or two components.

Rectification of support can be long and drawn out if account managers are not involved in the process, which can affect the end-user experience.

The fact that ON24 is always trying to improve is what I most appreciate. Whenever we chat with our Account Manager, they always take back our suggestions for upcoming releases.

**What do you dislike about ON24?**

What I dislike are the rules for Simulive webcasts. If you are new to the platform, there are certain things you must know ahead of time in order for your webcast to work. I also dislike the timeframe for downloading the recordings after they occur.

I do think the integration with Salesforce is helping us get the data we need for our sales teams.
