**What do you like best about ON24?**

The analytics are powerful, and the audience console is very cool and fairly customizable.

**What do you dislike about ON24?**

ON24 is a bloated webinar platform that creates more problems than it solves. A couple of notes:

- If you have a large roster of guests that support your webinar program, get ready to train every one of them on ON24 before the webinar begins. I've trained so many people on the Webcast Elite Presenter interface at this point, I could probably be an ON24 CSM. The UI of Webcast Elite is unintuitive and clunky. A guest connecting their webcam and audio feed often becomes a drawn out and awkward affair. Additionally, when you login to ON24 as a Presenter or Producer, not everyone else has the same view of Webcast Elite as you do depending on their device, and previously cached setup. I can't count the amount of times I've had to tell people to "click the button on the top right with the four squares, one slightly askew" to access the menu to open up the Media Player. Or "navigate to the circle button at the bottom of the main slide with the three dots in it" to open up the show notes, or thumbnail view. 

- You have to build polls in Webcast Elite and they launch within the cadence of your slides. So, if you have 10 slides, and you add 1 poll question after slide 3, now it looks like you have 11 slides; which throws presenters off who are guests on the platform.

- You can't call in to Webcast Elite as your audio feed, while maintaining your video feed. So if you're having mic or internet issues, you have to default to calling in via phone without any video feed. 

- When a Presenter screenshares - their screenshare feed replaces their video feed, instead of the slide feed. So, if you want to have an engaging "workshop" style webinar, where a Presenter can show their screen while showing their face, you're out of luck.

- This isn't necessarily a negative, but something I wish I knew about before purchasing, live ON24 webinars operate on a 2-5 second delay, so if you prompt your audience to answer a poll, or type something in the chat, it will be a few seconds after you speak that the audience will hear you, and a few seconds after that when they'll respond. This can be awkward if you forget to give your guests a heads up. 

- I've had mixed experience with their customer support and success teams. Their billing system is convuluted and not very transparent. Plus, they charge $8k - 10k per platform login. 

- The analytics can be powerful when used correctly, but definitely make sure you have a strong relationship or plan in set with your operations team upon implementation.

It's giving me good insight into the effectiveness/performance of our webinars (when the analytics work, and aren't being glitchy.)

**What do you like best about ON24?**

ON24 is a fantastic platform for hosting events and on-demand content. It is incredibly easy to use once you get the hang of it and they have a 24 hour live chat to support with any challenges that arrive. One of my favorite features is Elite Studio, where slides, slide notes, videos, chat, Q&A feature, and more are all included on one screen. With ON24 there's no more worrying about accidentally sharing your slides notes with audienc while presenting or hiccups with embedding videos. Everything is built into the platform and you can focus on just one screen. Audience members also love the interactive platform, which allows them to click related links, resize windows, ask questions, engage in the chat, and more.

**What do you dislike about ON24?**

The only downside is it can be difficult to make last minute changes to event content on ON24, since everything has to be uploaded and integrated into the platform ahead of time. This mean if you realize a slide has the wrong date or you're missing something in the slide notes and the event starts in 5 minutes, you're unlikely to have time to adjust this like you could with PowerPoint using another platform.

**What problems is ON24 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ON24 is helping us to capture significantly more leads than we were previously able to capture. It's allowed us to expand our audience for events and be confident that we can manage the volume of atendees, no matter how large the audience gets. This has increased our pool for recruitment, and the engaging aspect of the platform has helped us build credibility to prospects. I also lead a lot of repeat events (e.g. info sessions about my company, professional development workshops) and ON24 makes it simple to clone entire events-- from the reminder and follow-up emails, to the console, to the registration form and more. This has saved me many hours.

**What do you like best about ON24?**

One of the best elements around On24 is the ability to customise the webcasts around the message you are delivering, enabling users to fully integrate all corporate branding into the platform. The metrics that On24 are second to none and give us an ability to fully understand how customers engaed with our platform.

**What do you dislike about ON24?**

Unfortunately, the support package usually comes at quite a cost. Other providers that we have used have included a "Producer" as standard who ensures that webinars are delivered without any technical hitches. Whilst the platform is intuitive, there is always scope for things to go wrong and when you do not have that support there as standard it did cause us issues.

We run about 12-15 events a day using ON24, it's a solid choice for webcasting. We run over 200 events a month. Very easy platform to use on the presenter side and attendee side. Love the edition of Forums and breakout rooms.

**What do you dislike about ON24?**

After releases, they are usually some small issues.

**What problems is ON24 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We do anywhere from 13- 17 webcasts 5 days a week. ON24 is able to handle our large audiences and we get great reporting out of it.

**What do you like best about ON24?**

I love the ON24 platform. It's unique, I love how easy it is to use, and the options to customize your webinars are fantastic! The account management team is amazing and always willing to hop on a call to help strategize to make our webinars successful. It was also really easy to learn and setup. I also like that you can see how much your audience engaged with the presentation including everything they downloaded, clicked on, and interacted with. Super useful!

**What do you dislike about ON24?**

I dislike how every little thing is an additional add-on. When we purchased the platform, it seemed like we'd have access to a lot of features, but turns out a lot of the analytics that are useful are not included in the Webcast Elite.

**What problems is ON24 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ON24 gives us a way to set-up our own virtual webinars, download the full recordings, while also obtaining all of our leads automatically. There's no setting up different links or landing pages because it's all right there in one platform. They also allow you to customize how the audience will experience the webinar which is amazing!

The best feature on this platform is the report page for a webinar! You can see several different stats including engagement rate, conversion rate, email sends, etc.

The only flaw is that is does not work well with my companys WARP system.

**What do you like best about ON24?**

I love ON24's user inteface, it's easy enough for the novice webcast producer to create a unique and special experience. I also love the reporting dashboard that comes along with each event, at our firm we use the date we gather about our clients to craft our post-event strategy and more.

**What do you dislike about ON24?**

I dislike some of the limitations on the backend with elite studio, such as not being able to remove a slide deck once it's uploaded, not being able to upload a headshot for those who do not want to be on video, and the general tech can be finicky sometimes.

**What problems is ON24 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

currently, we are exploring options to enhance our use of ON24 EHubs, they are researching if there are any options for automatically feeding content from our site vs. having to manually upload each piece individually

**What do you like best about ON24?**

I like how it's web-based, so it's easy for attendees don't need to download external platforms on their computers or mobile devices. It's also nice to be able to not have to create separate registration pages on our website, we can imbed on-24 onto our site or direct users to the platform directly.

**What do you dislike about ON24?**

Simulive is a tad annoying sometimes... You have to adjust the bit rate on your recording if you don't record directly in on-24. Another issue is some users have problems viewing the live webinar if they don't clear their cache or have the latest version of their web browser downloaded. Also, you need to make sure to upload videos and presentations more than 24 hours in advance of the presentation.

Attendance has increased for our Webinars due to the automatic reminders as well as having the ability to have Calendar invites sent directly to attendees to remind them about the webinar.

I attended the 2024 ON24X and was able to take away many tips and tricks to better execute our webinars.  It was informative yet fast paced. The breakout sessions were well balanced for newbies to experts.

ON24 is a premier service and there is a price to pay for that.  Using them for webinars and virtual events will set you apart- but is costly.

ON24 console page is simple yet allows you to add so many additional tools and resources that are useful to the audience. It is very easy setting up a new webinar and does not require much practise to learn the platform. Their live chat customer support is one of my favoure part as my questions ger resolved very quickly.

**What do you dislike about ON24?**

One thing about the platform is that it feels a bit outdated and the UI can be better. Although in the past months, they have made significant improvements by updating the layout and giving it a bit more modern feel.

**What problems is ON24 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use ON24 to reach out to our clients virtually across the country by providing them with educational videos, Q&As, and live discussions. We also use ON24 to create short videos (2-5 mins) that we will post on our site. This is benefiting us by getting our brand's name across the region and to provide valuable insights to our audience.

The uploading of the deck can screw up at times, for example it might work for webinar A but doesn't work for webinar B.

On24 allows us to run webinars live and on-demand, it is versatile and easy to use and set up.
The reporting is great too. We have integrated it with Marketo too so all the information flows straight into our marketing tools.

In the beginning it took me a little while to set up the console with all the different widgets available, but this would be the same with any new tool, one needs time to familiarize themselves to use it properly.

Other platforms that I have used offer a producer with every webinar as part of the cost of the webinar, unfortunately there is a premium attached to having a representative online to help with going live with the session and troubleshooting

User friendly, great for group events, automatically saves the webinars for playback.  Automatically emails participants important links.  replay links, great way to upload important presentation related documents.  Behind the scenes, allows panelists control of comments/questions, able to communicate behind the scenes without interupting the session or speaker.

**What do you dislike about ON24?**

Unable to play animations from PowerPoint presentations.

**What problems is ON24 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used the system for three years in a row for our Wellness Fair.  It was a great neutral system that allowed us to control many of the presentation features such as surveys, etc.

Team chat is one of the feature I realy love in On24, as you can  communicate with all the participants. The downside is it requires a large bandwidth of internet.

It won't accept advance animation for ppt

As an employee working for SAP, we mostly use IoIs and CRM Codes in each event. Had an experience that these info can eventually vanished without a trace. This issue should be handled properly as this will leave a big impact in each of the events we produce.

Fully customizable prospect experience allows for us to brand different webinars to better match with our target audience. Great for ABX efforts! Love the new AI features that write content based on webinars. It was super easy to integrate with our existing systems.

**What do you dislike about ON24?**

Loose some of the features when you use your own registration page vs ON24's registration page. New update is making the presentation platform a bit glitchy for speakers. I'm assuming this will be fixed within the next couple months.

They are allowing us to host all of our internal and external webinars while providing a customized experience depending on the target audience.

I like how the On24 can be a useful tool on conducting webinars.
Very easy and on-point platform to access specially on the presenter's end.

**What do you dislike about ON24?**

There's a lot of bug issues that occuring during the setting-up events. Also, it is much better to have a online chat support that are not answered by bots.

It solves the constrains of conducting an event that caters large audiences. Because this uses online platform, speakers can share their thoughts through a broader audiences even their in different places.

**What do you like best about ON24?**

ON24 works well for us as we're a big company (over 2000 employees) with different teams and departments running several webinars, we need lots of users and capabilities and a platform that can handle it all. ON24 has the widgets and capabilities for us to run successful webinars frequently.

**What do you dislike about ON24?**

The platform is not very slick - it feels outdated and old. The 24 hour customer chat is great, but I feel like I always need it, always have questions, because the platform is a bit "clunky" and not very user-friendly.

I love the advanced reporting capabilities with the robust customization integrated into the tool. It is relatively easy for a new presenter to use. The customer service is always quick to provide support when needed.

**What do you dislike about ON24?**

I think the price is a detractor to the tool. Any additional ON24 platform is brought on for a significant cost  making it hard to justify further expansion into the stack.

**What do you like best about ON24?**

Offers easy basic event setup and management. Adding features such as polls, surveys and chats are easy to setup and manage during the live event. The Q&A feature is convenient and easy to use during live and simu-live events. The various types of recording (live, simu-live, roll-over to live, on-demand) are helpful in setting up campaigns based on speaker availability.  
Multiple ways to pull reporting for a deep-dive analytics of your events, but only once you actually know how to use it. 
They offer an excessive resource library and decent customer service.

**What do you dislike about ON24?**

The flexibility and the design elements of the platform can be improved. The registration page is limited on how you can actually set it up which limits your branding.

**What problems is ON24 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ON24 simplifies the process of setting up and managing webinars and virtual events. It also provides interactive tools such as polls, surveys, chat, and Q&A sessions that help us keep the participants engaged during and after the event. We tend to do minor edits in slides after presenting and we have the ability of uploading those and editing the recording manually to match the audio.

**What do you like best about ON24?**

The platform is well-organized, easy to use, and intuitive. But it is also robust enough to handle large groups of attendees and provides for excellent interaction with the audience

**What do you dislike about ON24?**

I wish I could change the size of some of the windows as a producer. I also wish we could add more fields to the custom registration forms. As we add more states to our CE list, many require additional information and it would be nice to be able to include them all.

We run a nationwide continuing education program involving many states and diverse audiences and speakers. On24 provides us with an enterprise-grade platform for hosting mass-scale webinars to our audience of prospects, customers and partners.

The tight integration with our marketing automation platform, Marketo is great as it allows us to host registration on marketing landing pages but then seamlessly push leads through to On24 experiences and then use the integration to pull attendee data back once an event has occurred.

We also love the design capabilities to bring a more custom look and feel to the audience console, way beyond what we are able to achieve with other webinar platforms. There are tonnes of great modules that can be enabled to improve engagement, provide useful resources, and survey the attendees for information that continues to improve our webinars. 

The On24 team are super helpful and are a great ally in helping to continue driving our webinar strategy and execution forward!

**What do you dislike about ON24?**

At times in the past the On24 UI has been a bit clunky - but changes in recent years have improved that dramatically!

It can be very slow to export recordings of sessions from the archive after they finish, so needs to be factored into follow-up process.

On24 allows us to great awesome events for our customers, prospects and partners with a focus on providing a great user experience. Ultimately this is helping us create greater demand at all levels of the buyer funnel.

Pricing structure is hazy. Response to technical queries often takes 48-72 hours which can be frustrating given the nature of the product. Internal team structure doesnt entirely make sense, you aren't ever entirely sure who to reach out to.

It helps us deliver a learning website with live and on demand teaching events. The Certification widget is great and 'logged in' hub experience allows us to get an overview of internal and external users

**What do you like best about ON24?**

I love the features that ON24 has, there are great engagement and conversion tools, it is highly personalisable and there are also so many on-demand and upcoming webinars from ON24 regularly advertised to customers to help them to better utilise both ON24 and webinars in general to get the most out of both. They host events for people to watch such as their annual conference, they always provide statistics on what works and what doesn't, and always provide great information on how to boost your engagement and registrations. Their support are super helpful and they're always so fast with getting back to you about queries and issues, and they have great trials for upcoming features that you can get involved with.

**What do you dislike about ON24?**

I don't really dislike anything, the platform itself and our account managers are great - I guess the only thing is the pricing. ON24 is significantly pricier than their competitors, but then again their functionality if a lot better and there is a lot more that you can do and get out of ON24.

**What problems is ON24 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ON24 solves us not being able to get interactive content out to both prospects and customers. Hosting webinars takes the stress out of trying to plan larger sessions - for example, we want to reach a whole product customer base about product updates in a better way than via an email or product update notes? Invite them to an interactive webinar where they can see updates in real time and ask questions to receive answers immediately.

Once your templates are tested and in brand, setting up the next event is not complicated and can be easily managed by Marketing Opertations.

Plays will with Marketo. The sign up and webinar/replay are in ON24. The campaigns send through Marketo. Good teamwork.

**What do you dislike about ON24?**

It takes a few people to get template webcasts running and in brand. 

Not intuative interface if you haven't used it before and not advisable to drop someone in to take over without a handoff. 

Training and support could be more detailed. The Support people know the details, but sometimes read past the question. I needed to get people on a screen share to show the disconnect in what I was doing and what needed to be done.

It's a great on demand webinar solution. We also get to coolect interaction data to use in Marketo for scoring active vs. passive participation.

The ON24 Elite Webcast Platform functions very well as a simple webcast hosting service, but where it really excels is at working to enhance the overall experience and engagement of the audience. I think of ON24 as "ABM Lite" in its approach to account engagement. It supplies the ability to give the audeince member a richer, multi-touch experience that considers the full buyers journey rather than just the one-hour webinar broadcast.

**What do you dislike about ON24?**

There are limitations to what can be customtized and how. While the reporting and analytics are fairly robust, there could be greater flexibility. Also, where there are multiple instances/workspaces, the inability to report across workspaces creates additional steps.

**What problems is ON24 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

On24 provides the tools necessary to leveraging webinars as an integral mix of marketing and sales communications channels, for ongoing awareness as well as up-sell and cross-sell.

On demand functionality was a huge reason for us selecting ON24 again.
The set up of webinars is incredibly quick, and the use of templates is appreciated.
Engagement tools.
Theres lots of opportunities for branding the console and the registration page.
We are looked after by our customer success team.

The presenter side of things can be a little complex, and not user friendly and so our presenters dont enjoy using the platform. For instance you need to upload your slides before a webinar, if you want to share your screen to share the slides, you cannot do this at the same time as your webcam appearing.

Overall, through using ON24 we are able to run better webinar experiences that engage our customers, prospects and internal employees.

Provisioning and hosting a webinar is very straightforward and easy to handle. I like that there is an option to provide additional resource documents that can be downloaded by the audience at any point throughout the webinar. Many other platforms do not offer this capability. It also is convenient that the registration link, the live view link and the link to the webinar recording are and stay all the same. Additionally, the reporting data is robust and offers many insights into webinar attendance and interaction.

**What do you dislike about ON24?**

The attendee list in live webinars does not automatically refresh.

**What problems is ON24 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ON24 is allowing me to host corporate or co-branded vendor webinars that enable our company to get our message across to our customers and prospects. The robust reporting tools generate valuable marketing-qualified leads and data for our follow-up efforts.
