We host numerous webinars with our partners, it's very helpful to have a user-friendly platform for both speakers and viewers. I like that it's very practical for webinars, very professional, and easy to use.

**What do you dislike about ON24?**

I recommend this product without hesitation. I have nothing negative to say about this platform. It was very easy for our employees to understand, and the integration and reporting were also very impressive compared to other platforms.

**What problems is ON24 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have clients in over 100 countries, and their web design has made it easy for us to access them. The on-demand format is ideal after attending a webinar and communications have been planned in advance.

**What do you like best about ON24?**

It offers viewers the opportunity to share their information in a variety of ways. It allows us to communicate with a broad audience on a professional platform to spread our message. I can also conduct surveys and generate attendee reports.

**What do you dislike about ON24?**

It's one of the best and fastest tools for organizing corporate webinars. I have nothing negative to say, it helps us schedule and organize webinars, manage registrants and attendees, all from a single platform.

**What problems is ON24 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One of the biggest problems we faced was the lack of engagement, interaction, and personal connection. If felt like we were inviting people to a podcast with slides. That's where ON24 come in.

**What do you like best about ON24?**

At its core, it's a solid tool for running webinars. The engagement features available on the console are great and really enhance the attendee experience, making participation more interactive. In addition, the data collected for each registrant is quite detailed. Last but not least, very easy to use.

**What do you dislike about ON24?**

Everything related to the backend feels a bit cumbersome. Reporting on viewer engagement - especially when looking at multiple webinar together - isn't very strong. Also, since the platform relies on strong internet connection when the session is live, some broadcasts can come across as clunky.

**What problems is ON24 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It makes the webinar experience for our audience more engaging, meaningful and fun. It allows to have more control over how the session is progressing while not compromising on the UX/UI.

I enjoy how easy it to set up a webinar and I enjoy that craig is available to help us when we need it.

**What do you dislike about ON24?**

It does not work well with Hubspot. It cannot auto generate lists and I havent found a way to link my own landing pages yet. They make guides to use for hubspo but they are not very helpful. 

I did have a webinar crash using semi-live. The would not believe it was a bug until I took a screenshot of support saying they were releasing a fix. I am still scared to use semi-live.

**What problems is ON24 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Craig will look over my webinar when we do semi-live to make sure it works ok! Which has been slowly gaining my trust back in the platform.

**What do you like best about ON24?**

We've had a great experience using ON24 for our webinars and virtual events. Logging in is simple and efficient — you're quickly prompted to select your role, which makes getting started seamless whether you're presenting or managing behind the scenes.

The hosting experience is streamlined and intuitive, which is a huge plus. We especially appreciate how easy it is to customize the virtual environment to reflect our brand identity — from color schemes to logos, the platform gives us the flexibility we need to make the experience feel uniquely ours.

Another standout feature is the ability to include additional resources alongside our webinars. This has been a valuable tool in encouraging continued learning and engagement on the topics we present. Overall, ON24 offers a professional, user-friendly platform that supports our goals for impactful virtual events.

**What do you dislike about ON24?**

The only downside to ON24 is that the AI functionality is not as mature as I'd hope. For example, exporting a blog version to Word created individual text boxes for the lines of texts so we had to take additional time to figure out it works for us and our needs.

**What do you like best about ON24?**

What I’d probably like most about ON24 is how it turns virtual events into something much more strategic—it’s not just about hosting webinars, it’s about actually understanding and engaging your audience. Every click, question, or interaction gets tracked, so you can see what’s working and follow up in a meaningful way. It’s also super customizable, which is great if you care about keeping things polished and on-brand. Plus, being able to reuse content on-demand makes everything more efficient, and it fits right into the tools I’d already be using like Salesforce or HubSpot. Overall, it feels like a smart, streamlined way to get more out of online events.

**What do you dislike about ON24?**

What I might not love about ON24 is that, while it’s powerful, it can feel a bit overwhelming at first—there’s a lot going on under the hood, and getting everything set up the way you want can take time. It’s definitely geared toward enterprise users, so if you're just looking for a simple, plug-and-play webinar tool, it might feel like overkill. Some users also mention the interface feels a little dated in spots, and depending on your plan, it can get pricey. Basically, it’s great if you’re all-in on virtual engagement, but not ideal if you just need something quick and lightweight.

**What problems is ON24 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main business problem that it is solving for us is how it ties into our backend marketing system for capturing guest emails so they can receive future information about webinars. Additionally, the ability for presenters to easily advance slides simultaneously is the other best feature offered.

**What do you like best about ON24?**

We've been using ON24 for several webinars and virtual events, and overall it's been a solid platform. The user interface is fairly intuitive, and it offers a good range of features for hosting and engaging audiences, like polls and Q&A tools. The analytics and reporting functions are particularly useful for following up with leads and understanding audience behavior.

**What do you dislike about ON24?**

While there are occasional hiccups—such as a bit of a learning curve for new users and the occasional technical glitch—ON24 generally performs well. It's not perfect, but it's a dependable choice if you're looking for a professional virtual event solution.

The one thing we really cant stand is that you have to have a video uploaded separate from a powerpoint. The video cant be embedded in the powerpoint, and that is really frustrating for users.

Its solving the problem of advertising our capabilities and product line. We use it to promote our new products and that has been very valuable. We are able to sell our new products because we have a webinar on them.

I have nothing negative to say, it offers a superior user experience to most platform of its kind. For us, webinars are a key factor in attracting new leads.

It has become an essential tool in my work. What I like most is its incredible ease of use, not only for administrators like me, but also for our speakers and attendees. It also offers classic interaction features: chat, questions, polls, presentations, and screen sharing.

We've had some connection issues and would like to be able to further personalize the emails and content we send to participants.

The host interface is simple and easy to use. While I focus on webinar production and materials preparation (both straightforward processes), what stands our most is how easily hosts integrate with the platform.

**What do you like best about ON24?**

I love the ability to customize the user viewing experience (links to other resources/customizing the layout), I like the multitude of "roles" internal staff can play that grants them access to only certain features based on the need of their role, I like that I can engage with/respond to questions and comments outside of the live event. It's easy to bring it into the everyday functions of our virtual event team and we use it live about 3 times a month, with the recordings being accessed regularly.

**What do you dislike about ON24?**

The only downside is cost, althought it is a good value for the money

**What problems is ON24 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We need a platform where we can have hundreds of live users engage with our content, be able to engage in a chat and as questions, and access the content in a similar manner to those who did so live. ON24 does all of this.

ON24 stands out for its robust video conferencing platform, which offers an intuitive interface and advanced features. Furthermore, the documentation is comprehensive, clear, and well-structured, greatly simplifying connection to existing systems.

I've noticed that the tool behaves strangely when screen sharing is in effect. I would have loved to try out more of the paid features withing the trial period, but considering how much it costs, I consider it a fair trade-off.

The video and audio quality is excellent, minimizing annoying delays and ensuring smooth communication. The user interface is also incredibly intuitive. ON24 Meeting has helped me use it frequently for meetings with clients and collaborators.

The ease of organizing and co-organizing virtual events reduces the cognitive overload of providing content. The fact that they've increased the recording space available on our account has also been positive for our use of this platform.

The graphical user interface hasn't changed much, but the feature are also improving in quality. I also think there should be an instruction manual to help clarify any questions easily.

It's very easy to use and has tons of useful features for delivering a great webinar. ON25 is very useful for organizations to manage their teams' licenses, access, webinars, and scheduled meetings. It connects with several marketing automation platforms.

ON24 is easy to use and reliable most of the time. Running webinars is pretty seamless, and the engagement features and analytics are helpful. In addition, the 24/7 emergency hotline is useful. Overall, ON24 is a solid platform that gets the job done. Aside from a few hiccups, it’s trustworthy and straightforward to use.

**What do you dislike about ON24?**

Some pages could use a refresh, they look a bit dated. Also, the Elite Studio outage on April 16, 2025 was very unfortunate and disappointing.

ON24 helps streamline the process of hosting webinars. It solves the challenge of engaging large audiences online in a way that’s scalable, trackable, and easy to manage. For us, that means we can deliver professional, branded experiences without a heavy lift on logistics, and we get clear data on audience engagement to help improve follow-ups and future events.

We have a lot of connection issues with the platform. When we join the presenter side sometimes it will not connect our camera due to high usage.

For every CPE course we offer you have to pass a test. This is the only webinar platform that has the take test function and tracking for CPE.

**What do you like best about ON24?**

What I like best about ON24 for corporate use, especially at a pharma company, is its robust engagement and analytics features. It allows for highly interactive webinars with features like polls, Q&A, and surveys, which significantly boost audience participation. The detailed reporting and analytics provide valuable insights into attendee behavior, helping to measure event success and identify high-value leads. Its customization options also allow for strong branding and a professional user experience.

**What do you dislike about ON24?**

My main dislikes often revolve around the backend user interface, which can be less intuitive and feel somewhat dated, making event setup and complex configurations a bit cumbersome for new users. Additionally, there can occasionally be technical glitches or connectivity issues, especially with multiple speakers or during peak usage.

1) The smooth experience it provides you.
2) Reliability - I can rely on this platform 
3) there are no bugs or glitches which is very important when dealing with client experience
4) On24 runs on mostly all internet types without any problem even low bandwidth does not affect it that much.

**What do you dislike about ON24?**

The ability to join from mobile phone directly without joining the session from laptop first is something that can be improved.

To open the session on my tablet I had to join from the laptop first then copy the link and then join from tablet.

From my tablet, I was getting the login screen with username and password field which i was not getting from laptop.

**What problems is ON24 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am using the Q&A feature of ON24 and it helps me to connect with the students in the most fluent way.

it has been very easy to use with people that have challenges with technology and it gives options that the  other platforms do not. example it does not cut you off in the middle of a presentation. also it does not automatically update presentations that you created in the past

**What do you dislike about ON24?**

some of the console settings are not friendly and the layout is not easy to change

able to reach people that were not accessible before
the ability to answer questions without interrupting the content for other participants
ability to select the best presentation and duplicate

**What do you like best about ON24?**

ON24 is a pleasure to use over other systems I've used previous: Zoom, Teams etc. The powerful capabilities of the system make it steps ahead of other platforms. When receiving customer support we have received it in a timely manner. We use ON24 multiple times a week over many campaigns, I wouldn't want to use another platform.

**What do you dislike about ON24?**

There are a few quality of life issues that cause confusion. I.e Timezones could display correctly

ON24 helps us solve two major challenges: scaling our webinar programme and proving real marketing impact.

I like that I can create different meetings and webinars either live or on-demand.

**What do you dislike about ON24?**

Sometimes it can be hard to search for certain things in the back end when using the site. I also dislike the feature of only being able to chat only on some of the events and not being able to talk directly with the people.

Being able to connect with people remote and virtually when alot of our population that we focus on sometimes isnt mobile or able to step out to go to live meetings.

I appreciate ON24 for its interactive features that enhance audience engagement during webinars. What I like best about ON24 are all the options I have to engage with our audience during a webinar. This can be live, simulive or On demand. Next to that, I like that we can design/ brand the audience console how we want to. There are lots of options/widgets you can add which will either be to engage with your audience or to generate leads. And finally, I like all the reporting options I have in ON24

**What do you dislike about ON24?**

What I dislike is that they also offer some cool modules which I would expect to be part of the webinar solution, but that they are not. For instance Forums or Breakout rooms. I would have loved to see these as a part of Webcast Elite instead of separate modules that you have to purchase.

We wanted to professionalize our webinars and have more engagement options with our audience during a webinar. Next to that, we wanted to have more data and reporting options for our webinars so that we could actually see (more in-depth) how our webinars are performing. And also pushing this information into our Marketing Automation tool. All points mentioned are what we find in ON24 and even more... we have lots of insight on who, how and what webinars audiences are viewing and how engaged they are with our webinars. We get more leads from our webinars than before.  And even customers like to engage with us during the webinars.

They've built their solution, at least the package we had with a lot of add on charges.  They told us we needed multiple workspaces at a lot of additional cost, but we didn't really.  They separate forums (engaging events) from webinars.  Ideally this should be all one seamless platform with the ability to pivot and adapt on the fly.  I also think that in most cases, the windows layout of the user experience looks extremely messy and cluttered unless you can do some very high quality design.  Most users are expecting a more streamlined UX in their day to day meeting/event tools.

we use it for primarily our webinars but also sometimes for the virtual portion of hybrid events.

ON24 provides a complete webinar experience to keep our audience engaged while providing an extremely easy to use format that is simple for both the attendees and presenters to use.  I love the ability to change the appearance to our fit our business, add resources to an event in several formats, customize polls/surveys. The automated email reminders are extremely useful, freeing up my valuable time before the event so I can be fully prepared to present.  

The resources available to me from ON24, to guide you through any kind of event are plentiful, easy to understand and a great way to host events in ways we hadn’t originally planned.  We love the On-Demand option! They offer great support team, and they are quick to resolve issues.

**What do you dislike about ON24?**

I wish our PowerPoint slides could have animation within an On24 event. I'd also like to have a pointer feature or the ability to draw on the presentation slides while presenting.

**What problems is ON24 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

On24 sends out event reminder emails and follow up emails, which saves a huge amount of time for us since we host so many sessions monthly. We also don't have to spend a lot of time trying to help people with tech issues to access/view the event.

Using ON24 streamlines and simplifies the process of hosting webinars, but the subscription our team has also allows us to automatically create additional AI-generated content to use in the promotion of our content, including engaging nurture pages and written content that can easily be repurposed across multiple channels.

**What do you dislike about ON24?**

From a development standpoint, a lot of what I've used in ON24 is pretty out-of-the-box, without a lot of room for much customization. I would like to be able to get more creative with the nurture pages specifically, or even host them on our website rather than as a subdomain to have more control over the presentation.

**What problems is ON24 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My team runs a lot of webinars, and ON24 makes that process a lot simpler. We can have more control over the content by recording and presenting it in a simu-live fashion, and ON24's integrations with our other products in our MarTech stack helps us create and nurture leads effectively.

ON24 is the best webinar platform out there. There are lots of things to like about it... when you have a live or sim2live webinar, it automatically converts to on-demand... your links don't change. All of the options to make the webinars interactive. It's fairly easy to set up webinars. The customer support is great. Integrates with HubSpot.

The feedback i've received is people don't like you can't have the speaker's face on screen on sim2live and on-demand. They also don't like you have to call in to record... they'd rather use their computer.

I don't really find anything about this program to be redeeming considering the other Webinar softwares I've used. The only thing I like is the slide preview feature really.

**What do you dislike about ON24?**

The presenter view is so cluttered and hard to navigate compared to other systems I've used. I happened to use it twice this week with two different event providers and it had issues both times. When the webinar started, my mic just stopped working and I had to manually switch to another mic. It was working perfectly fine literally the minute before the event started and all of a sudden it stopped after muting and coming off mute. Nothing changed physically regarding my hardware. Then on the second webinar, the screen sharing feature would not function. I had no issue during pre webinar testing and no issue on the webinar the day before. When I tried to share entire screen, it kept failing. It would show my screen was sharing in a little box at the bottom but nobody could see. It was embarassing both webinars to have the system just fail on me both times in one week when nothing was wrong during the pre-session dry-run both times. I have not had issues like this with other webinar softwares. I will also say the virtual background feature is terrible and does not wrap the head very well.

A lot of functionalities when designing the in-webinar experiences. A lot of integrations that are valuable to my work, such as with Salesforce and Marketo.

**What do you dislike about ON24?**

While the new design changes gave users more modules to use on registration pages, it took away a lot of freedom of designing. The software decides the colors of each section of the page based on the theme you choose, so, in other words, you can't decide if you want a dark or a light mode. There's also no choice to add CSS to it. These issues are very big if you take into consideration the price you pay for the platform.

Support via chat is non-existent. I've been trying to fix an issue with my registration page (it keeps choosing light mode for me) but the AI keeps asking me to rephrase and linking to unrelated articles.

The most helpful functionality is the transactional emails and the integration of the webcast setup to feed details into the emails for title, time, etc. Another excellent thing is, the folks at support@on24.com are amazingly responsive and easy to work with.

It would be great for tutorial text bubbles to pop up when an error occurs to let users know how to resolve. For example today I tried several times to upload into the Presentation Manager an .mp4 file. It took 45 mins for the upload and a progress bar crept along giving the % of completeness but  just as the status bar said 100%, it then changed to "No file has been uploaded yet." Trying over and over took up hours in my day. Finally I filed a support ticket and learned the max file size is 2 GB.

Able to serve detailed content to a large global audience so we can rely less on face to face in person events.

**What do you like best about ON24?**

I really like the easy to use platform that is easy to understand and provides a great platform for internal staff understanding of the tools and resources while providing a sophisticated look to our clients. Webinars are easy to setup and easy to operate from the moderator, presenter, and attendee perspectives. Pulling data post-webinar is easy and provides a well-rounded view. I love that I can download the webinar recording as an Mp4 file and am able to share it with colleagues, share it to our internal Sharepoint site for all company staff, able to send it digitally to other users, and am able to upload to upload it to our Youtube channel. I love that we are able to customize our own landing page, logos, graphics, artwork, and registration page and don't have to utilize a 3rd party in order to do everything ourselves. We have a great relationship with the On24 team and get regular checkins from them about how we are doing, some of our webinar analytics, clicks, etc. and feel as though we have a strong vendor relationship while maintaining flexibility and ownership of all of our own material. We don't have to worry about waiting for someone to upload content or not being able to do something on our own. We can self-moderate our webinars so that it really feels as though it it own our software and get to interact directly with our clients. I love using the express monitoring feature to have an On24 technician on the line to assist clients with troubleshooting any technical difficulties and ensuring our staff are good to go prior to the start of the webcast so that we don't have to worry about assisting staff and clients and can really focus on the content of our webcast.

**What do you dislike about ON24?**

There are some things I wish would be easier to view in the post-webinar analytics. It would be great if I could export an overall report of all attendees with fields on which webinar they attended that can be exported to excel would be great. There are some times where I have to pull multiple reports to get all of the data that I need. I also wish I could customize the integration to Salesforce using the fields that we utilize in our CRM from On24 without duplicating contacts and data.

**Recommendations to others considering ON24:**

I really recommend reaching out to On24 staff to set up a time to look at how easy this platform is to use. It does take staff time to set up, operate, moderate, and pull post-webcast data, but it is very much worth the time and the effort as long as you have the resources to do so. There is so much that you don't have to do on your own, but there is still some work that you have to do. Make sure you have the time and the resources, but if you're deciding between vendors, On24 really is the way to go.

There are a lot of benefits in using the On24 platform. I am able to pull some great data post-webinar. I like the unique attendee report so as to not duplicate contacts and can share some great attendee data with our stakeholders. I'm hopeful that I can try and resolve minor data analytics questions with On24.
