**What do you like best about ON24?**

One of the things I really like about ON24 is how they continuously keep improving the platform with frequent updates and new features. I especially like the way they are bringing AI into the experience, along with the refreshed registration banner layouts and overall smoother user experience.

I’ve also noticed that the chat support experience has improved a lot, and even the bot support is quite helpful for quick assistance and guidance.

Overall, ON24 still feels like one of the best webinar platforms in the market because they continue to evolve and make the experience better for users.

**What do you dislike about ON24?**

One thing I would still love ON24 to improve is the presenter image sizing on multi-registration pages. Right now, when there are multiple presenters, the images appear quite large and take up a lot of space on the page. If there are more than five or six presenters, users end up having to scroll a lot, which can make the page feel a bit crowded.

It would really help if the presenter images could be slightly smaller or arranged in a more compact way to make the registration page cleaner and easier to navigate. I feel this would be a simple but very impactful improvement for the overall user experience.

**What problems is ON24 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

On-24 keeps upgrading the tool and adding new features that keep up to the ask and are very useful.

**What do you like best about ON24?**

I use ON24 as my go-to webinar and virtual event platform. I have a great experience with it because the platform is intuitive and easy to use, making it simple to create and manage professional webinars and virtual events. I like the flexibility it offers when setting up similar or live events, and the post-event reports it generates are really helpful. Its engagement tools work well to keep the audience involved, while its detailed analytics provide valuable insights into attendee participation and event performance. ON24 also offers valuable features like lead generation capabilities and seamless integrations, which help organizations deliver engaging virtual events. Additionally, it was really easy to set up, which fulfills our requirements and makes managing sessions much easier.

**What do you dislike about ON24?**

So areas for improvement in ON24 include a more modern user interface, simplified event setup and management, faster platform performance, and enhanced customization options. Improving the reporting experience and making integrations easier to configure would further enhance the overall user experience.

**What problems is ON24 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use ON24 to create and manage webinars and events easily. Its intuitive platform, engagement tools, and detailed analytics help involve the audience and provide insights into event performance, making it an effective solution for delivering high-quality virtual experiences.

**What do you like best about ON24?**

ON24 still offers a strong set of webinar and webcast features, especially for creating polished digital events with interactive elements like polls, Q&A, chat, and audience engagement tools. The platform can support a professional event experience, and the reporting tools remain useful for understanding attendee activity and overall event performance.

I also appreciate that ON24 continues to provide options for managing on-demand content, which is important for extending the value of live webinars after the event ends. When the platform works as expected, it can be a helpful tool for delivering and repurposing webinar content at scale.

**What do you dislike about ON24?**

ON24 needs to improve platform reliability and the overall support experience. The biggest issue I’m currently running into is with on-demand webcast uploads. I regularly receive an “import failed” error after uploading or reuploading content, but the error message is not always reliable. Sometimes the import did not actually fail, so I have to wait 15–20 minutes after each upload just to confirm whether it processed correctly.

Most of the time, the upload really has failed, which means I have to restart the process. This creates unnecessary delays and a lot of manual rework, especially when managing multiple webcasts or trying to make content available quickly after a live event.

The help experience also needs significant improvement. The AI-powered Help chatbot is not very helpful, and the knowledge base is difficult to navigate. Some articles appear to be outdated or no longer aligned with the current platform experience, which makes troubleshooting more frustrating.

Overall, ON24 still has useful webinar capabilities, but the user experience has gotten worse. The platform would benefit from more reliable uploads, clearer error messaging, better documentation, and more effective support tools.

**What problems is ON24 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ON24 is a comprehensive solution for hosting and managing my webinars, offering features such as interactive engagement tools, analytics, and integrations with other marketing and CRM platforms. ON24 has helped me with such challenges as limited audience reach, lack of interactivity, and difficulty tracking attendee engagement and ROI. I believe ON24 provides a practical webinar experience, enabling greater audience participation and interaction, improved data tracking and analysis, and, ultimately, better outcomes regarding lead generation, customer engagement, and overall business growth.

ON24 is heavily investing in AI across the platform:
-ACE (AI-powered Analytics & Content Engine)
-Generates content like FAQs, articles, podcasts, and more from webinar sessions

**What do you dislike about ON24?**

Still missing the live chat feature, chat bots are never great.  Also wish we could embed html code into the registration page to play youtube vids automatically. 

**What problems is ON24 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Using ON24 as our Webinar platform is helping with Lead Gen, engagement and provides robust analytics allowing us to track the performance of our events so that we can understand the behaviours of our attendees and ultimately drive ROI.

**What do you like best about ON24?**

I use ON24 for webinars and live broadcasts in my company, and one of the things I like is the entire tracking of records. Additionally, ON24 helps us manage live webinars and automated registration emails, subscriber lists, and on-demand events.

**What do you dislike about ON24?**

They should greatly improve the UI and UX of the webinar builder. The entire interface creation part is terrible. It's difficult because the platform is not intuitive.

I manage live webinars, registration emails, attendee lists, and on-demand events with ON24.

I am very satisfied with this tool. It stands out for its simplicity and ease of implementation, allowing  anyone to start using it quickly. We can share the screen and record with a single click. It offers all the essential functions without overwhelming the user, achieving perfect balance between functionality and ease of use.

**What do you dislike about ON24?**

I have nothing negative to say, it offers consistent call quality, allowing participants to join directly from a browser with minimal friction, technical problems are rarely experienced as there is no need to download or install complicated plugins.

**What problems is ON24 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I primarily use it for our internal team meetings, client follow-ups, and video conferences, as it offers reliable and hassle-free video calls with crystal-clear audio screen sharing. Furthermore, the integration with calendars and workflows is seamless, ensuring that meetings fit naturally into our daily routine.

**What do you like best about ON24?**

The control panel is very clear and has a great user interface. It lets me set quick response times, and I really like how much it has optimized my sessions. Having everything organized on a single page makes it easy to stay on top of things, and I can manage my interaction meetings quickly.

**What do you dislike about ON24?**

I’d love to see improvements like better screen sharing and more control over the page’s branding. I’d also appreciate having more customization options for some of the existing features, so they can be tailored more closely to what I need.

This app has greatly simplified my work by letting me keep everything organized on a single page. It offers a range of features that support creators; I use it for video calls and sessions, and the platform saves me time and effort overall. It also makes client management much easier and helps solve the problem of limited access to training.

I like that the platform works well on mobile devices, including Android phones and tablets, and it even lets you stream to a larger screen using the mirroring feature. I also find the interface simple, fast, and more straightforward than other similar apps I’ve used. I love the interactive features, such as live polls and Q&A, because they help keep the audience engaged.

To be honest, I've had an amazing experience and I have nothing negative to say. It works perfectly according to our needs and I appreciate its good with email marketing tools and calendar applications for event promotion and scheduling.

I like the engagement tools because they’re intuitive and easy to use, which helps our attendees actively participate rather than simply disengage. I also appreciate how smooth and reliable the platform is, even with large audiences. We’ve hosted several virtual events without major technical issues or a complicated setup, and that consistency makes a big difference.

It also lets us manage large audiences without losing interactivity, so the experience still feels engaging and participatory.

ON24 is ahead of the curve when it comes to customizability as it applies to following webinar best practices. The platform allows you the opportunity to dynamically engage with your audience, providing multiple CTA‘s and to give an experience that is better than competing platforms.

**What do you dislike about ON24?**

Because it is so customizable and you’re the ability to do so much it’s hard to know where to start, training helps, but at an organizational level, it can be hard to identify the low hand fruit for conversions

**What problems is ON24 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ON24 helps us track our return on investment for webinar events and allows us to provide an excellent user experience for our customers and prospects who join our webinars.
