The ON24 platform has provided us the flexibility to get ongoing traction of our live webinars with on-demand engagements automatically. This platform has also been instrumental in converting from our in person user conference to a complete virtual conference this year. Again, the flexibility has been key from live webcasts, to semi-live, pre-recorded and on demand - exactly what we need to help our remote employees still provide valuable sessions to our customers on their time table. What do you dislike about ON24? The screen shots in the PowerPoint deck seem to not come across very clear, but we opted to do screen sharing instead. Recommendations to others considering ON24: Understand all the uses and types of formats available so you can deliver all the content in various formats - from video panels to screens only, to screens with video presenters. We needed to quickly provide webinars to our audience once COVID hit to substitute for in person events that were cancelled. We benefited from being able to track the full attendee experience during and post the event. This is going to be instrumental as we bring a full week of content to market as our virtual conference.
