"Great Platform"

What do you like best about ON24?

The customizable console. It has made my job and booking appointments significanly increase.

What do you dislike about ON24?

The audience delay and not being able to see the participants on camera.

What problems is ON24 solving and how is that benefiting you?

It's solving booking more appointments. This is benfiting the sales goals that I have for my job.

"Upleveled our attendee's virtual experience"

What do you like best about ON24?

I love that there is a producer side to the platform along with the functionality to fully brand all elements.

What do you dislike about ON24?

The platform can be a little slow to respond in the building stages, and I wish the emails, and registration page had more customizable elements.

What problems is ON24 solving and how is that benefiting you?

ON24 helps to set us apart from other virtual technologies (Zoom, Teams, Webex etc).

"Solid Tool"

What do you like best about ON24?

My company has been using ON24 for about 8 years now. We rely on ON24 to deliver over 1000 webinars per year as a combo of both simulive and live events. We have a weekly standup with our ON24 team that includes our account manager and other ON24 staff. They take our requests for product enhancements seriously and over the years we have seen things we've asked for implemented to the platform. ON24 also is very transparent with their roadmap for enhancements. They take the time to review new features with us. It's a stable platform and works extremely well to deliver our webinars to our clients.

What do you dislike about ON24?

I'd like to see a feature where people we manually register for a webinar can receive a custom registration notification. Our standard notification does not include any webinar details beyond the webinar title, date and time. I have done some work where I have done some on-the-fly customizations when I pre-register a group. I've found that when I pre-register a group that receives a customized email that includes the webcast details, attendance goes up by 20 - 40% over pre-registered groups that receive only a standard notification.

Recommendations to others considering ON24:

It's easy to use and as far as presenting goes, it only takes a few minutes to train a new presenter on how to use the tool. It's very intuitive.

What problems is ON24 solving and how is that benefiting you?

The ON24 platform is easily customizable and allows us to create specific templates for events that are more engaging for our audience. The automatic attendance checks make it easy for us to track attendance. Love that reactions have been added to the platform. In the webinars I've run using the reactions the audience has used them and they've been an easy way to get real-time feedback.

The inability to opt-in for verbal interaction with the audience.

Reporting capabilities and being able to send pre and post-event emails.

"A very comprehensive platform with lots of exciting new offerings"

What do you like best about ON24?

I like that ON24 is always developing new engagement ideas, harnessing AI and really focused on thinking like the customer. It's a powerful tool that continues to evolve in exciting ways.

What do you dislike about ON24?

Only current downsides seem to be understanding all the available tools and bundles for specific use cases and finding a way to the best case bundles for unique needs. But our reps work hard to help us figure that out!

What problems is ON24 solving and how is that benefiting you?

Reaching our customers when and where they want to be reached with engaging content. Really understanding what they need and how they prefer to engage with content and information.
