They are very easy to work with, and the implementation was easy. We have been longtime clients and sometimes the pressure builds internally to issue more tests within specific periods of time. Sometimes there is limitation to the velocity or rate at which we can build and go live with tests. There is also heavy reliance on internal QA by the client.
