What do you dislike about Omnisend?

It can feel a bit limited when it comes to deeper design control and fine-tuned customisation. If you’re someone who wants full creative freedom or highly specific visual elements and formatting, it may not fully meet those expectations. What problems is Omnisend solving and how is that benefiting you?

The automation flows handle welcome sequences, abandoned cart reminders, and customer re-engagement, which has directly improved conversions and repeat purchases. It also solves the challenge of creating professional, aesthetic email campaigns: the drag-and-drop builder makes it easy to design something visually aligned with my brand, even without any technical skills. The main thing I like is how easy it is to set up automations for WooCommerce. Abandoned cart and welcome emails were quick to launch and started bringing orders almost immediately. What do you like best about Omnisend?

I use Omnisend for email marketing for my online business, and I like how easy it is to navigate. It was already integrated with my online store provider platform, which made it seamless to set up. Omnisend enables me to gather and save customer information efficiently; it helps me spend less time on the administration side of my business, allowing me to focus more on the creativity I enjoy. When I had trouble setting up my custom email address with my domain, their support responded promptly. I really like it so far, and I would highly recommend it. After posting my experience, the Omnisend team reached out right away. Their support was outstanding — kind, patient, and truly caring. They made sure everything was taken care of and followed up until it was perfect. I’m very impressed with their service. Omnisend is not only more affordable than Klaviyo but also far better when it comes to customer care. I’m happy I chose them for my new Shopify AI website. Like today I was genuinely surprised today when I got a message from Baarath from customer support checking in on me to see if I needed anything. You don’t see that kind of care often. I initially encountered an issue with campaign emails, but when I reached out for help, Sanya provided exceptional support. She created a step-by-step video showing me exactly how to use email marketing with the free subscription, which was incredibly helpful since it was my first time sending out marketing emails. Afterward, both Sanya and Baarath followed up with me via email to ensure everything was working smoothly and to let me know they were available if I needed further assistance. I also want to highlight Eduarda, whom I spoke with several times. I was truly impressed by her deep expertise—she clearly knows Omnisend inside and out and answered all my questions with ease. Thank you again for the outstanding support! I was genuinely surprised today when I received a message from Baarath in customer support, just checking in to see if I needed anything. What do you like best about Omnisend?

I like using Omnisend for email automation and personalization, which allows me to send the right emails based on customer behavior in the store, like browsing products or making purchases, without having to manually manage everything. The biggest value for me was the smooth migration from Klaviyo to Omnisend. Their team helped set everything up, saving me a lot of time and effort, and they replicated the automations we had in Klaviyo. Plus, Omnisend is cheaper than Klaviyo but has all the features I need. Domain registration could be a bit more straightforward, although this might be more related to our domain setup than Omnisend setup. I've been using Klaviyo like forever, we switched to Ominsend due to pricing, but wow, what a far superior experience. What used to take me 4 to 5 hours, I can now do in an hour. Making campaigns is so intuitive, I could not be happier. I used to sweat email promotions, now it's a pleasure. Customer support is superb. If the bot can't help, a person will, in quick time, too.
