Omnisend's platform ticks a lot of boxes and it is excellent value for money. **What do you dislike about Omnisend?** I would love Omnisend to also focus on RSS newsletters, for publishers. **What problems is Omnisend solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is easy to use, to the point that we are teaching our clients how to use the tool and they take it over internally, which really proves that even business owners or untrained staff can operate the tool with ease and effectiveness.
