I have used Omnis for many years, their current main product in Omnis Studio, but I've used there previous incarnation, called Omnis 7, even from these early days, the solution could be developed on lets say Windows, and you could expect it to work on a Mac machine just as well, with few system based changes.

I have created many bespoke solutions for both large companies, and small companies, and we could always bring the solution to market well before we might in any other language.

I like the that Omnis Studio provides the most cost-productive method of prototyping, and turning those prototypes into mission-critical applications.
