What do you like best about Omnify?

I loved that they were available whenever I needed help, and working as a volunteer in our community pool, they made my job so much easier. Also, Ashrith was there for my onboarding, and then was there to help me every step of the way, from teaching me how to use the software to our advantage to showing me more features I didn't know about. Any issue I had, Omnify helped us and was available 24hrs a day for customer support. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to any small business/community entity needing software like this. What do you dislike about Omnify?

What do you like best about Omnify?

Omnify is a perfect booking software for my small business. They have booking solutions for businesses of every size, so you can tell that they really want to meet business needs at a variety of different scales. As a solopreneur, I love their affordable "solopreneur plan" designed perfectly for small businesses like mine, with just the basics that I need to run my booking process smoothly — I love that I don't have to pay for features that I don't need! At the same time, I love knowing that as my business grows, I can upgrade with the click of a button and be sure the software will grow with my business too.

Also, the customer service is excellent, by the way. During one of my onboarding calls, I mentioned that I wanted a particular feature that the software didn't have. The specialist immediately forwarded my suggestions to the tech team, and later booked a call with them to discuss possibilities. They ultimately added the feature to the software for me! Unlike the other impersonal booking software companies that I've tried, with Omnify I can actually get help from a real live person anytime that I have questions or concerns. What do you dislike about Omnify?

The only downside I can think of is that because the team is based internationally/remotely, it can sometimes be a challenge to find a time for a video call that works for everyone's time zones. However, I don't mind this too much since we always manage to work something out. What do you like best about Omnify?

Simplicity of the platform & customer service. It's very straightforward to use. The team is great at getting on the call immediately and also replies very quickly on their chat feature. They listen to the needs of the business and provide the best solutions they have. If they don't have a feature, they allow you to speak with the product team to see if it's already in the pipeline. What do you dislike about Omnify?

Some features are currently being rolled out like a live feed of inactive customers available on the dashboard. They do have a limitation on the auto-pay feature in that you can't have it set for specific classpacks/membership. It's all or none. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

My business was growing fast and I needed a solution to help me be on top of my bookings, clients, and the revenue I was making. Omnify was the perfect solution! What do you like best about Omnify?

It solves two key needs at the same time: scheduler, shopping cart.

Customer service was excellent at the beginning, but a couple of years later, they stopped helping.

What do you dislike about Omnify?

Omnify isn't necessarily designed for a solo life coach, but it was flexible enough to meet my needs and then some for the first year or two. The real problem was after using it for a couple of years it started getting glitchy, but not in a way I could tell until it was too late and I missed out on sales. I did a weekend event with 15-minute slots. I reviewed the setup, and everything looked correct, but clients were being told there were no appts available. I checked my calendar, and it was empty. No conflict. When I contacted customer support for help, they promised to look into it but never got back to me. I followed up a couple of weeks later to let them know I was still waiting and...crickets. To this day, I have no idea how much money I lost from that weekend event that no one could sign up for. I couldn't afford to miss out on any more sales, so I moved to alternative payment and scheduling systems. I'm keeping it live for now as a backup until I'm completely moved. Clients had a hard time booking online. When trying to pay online they continually got error messages suggesting it wasn't safe to input their information. After multiple emails, instant messages, and calls with customer service the issues that were promised to be resolved were not. My clients didn't want to keep trying (Who could blame them? No one wants to jeopardize the security of their financial information) and started having me book them on my end. Then they started getting error messages on the invoices. This was explained to customer service multiple times over the course of two months with no resolution, only the promise that if I got on one more call with them they'd fix everything. Every time I would ask to cancel they'd say "we can get on a call and fix this issue". The amount of time I wasted on calls etc was unbelievable. A supervisor finally agreed to cancel the service. As I paid for the year in full, I explained that I didn't expect a refund for the two months I had the software (though it was completely useless) and that I only expected the refund to be for 10 months. The supervisor agreed and told me I'd receive an email once cancelation was complete. Just tonight I received that email. It stated that per my request the service was canceled but sadly they don't issue refunds!!! Absolutely unbelievable. $1200.00 for nothing. I'm actually furious. Don't do it. That's all I can say. What do you like best about Omnify?

The Omnify team is accommodating. They go the extra mile for us answering our questions and trying to help us with our specific needs. The program setup was straightforward compared to other platforms. The face of our store is also easy to design.
