I do not like that you have to pay for the premium version only to attain small additional features that should be included in the starter plan, especially if you are paying for the software annually. I love the way that it's built. It has considered even the most minor annoying things that other scheduling software miss. After evaluating 6 or 7 scheduling software, their UI is the best.
