But above all I value its versatility, it adapts to my business, whether it is small or medium, from a physical store, e-commerce or mixed. I can customize workflows and automate repetitive tasks to streamline processes **What do you dislike about omniOrders?** I don't dislike anything in particular, they could only improve some functions such as sales reports to do more in-depth analysis. But I understand that they are improving with regular updates. **What problems is omniOrders solving and how is that benefiting you?** Solve efficiency and organization problems in omnichannel order management. It allows me to manage all channels from a single point, integrating ecommerce orders, physical stores, marketplaces and more.
