**What do you like best about omniOrders?**

What I like best about OmniOrders is the ease of quickly processing and fulfilling orders. The platform notifies me when I receive a new order and I can mark it as shipped with just a few clicks. I also like the integration with major payment gateways and shipping services. This automates the entire flow and avoids manual errors

**What do you dislike about omniOrders?**

I have no major complaints about OmniOrders. Perhaps they could improve the UI a bit to make it more intuitive in some areas. But in general it is quite complete and I can perform all my daily tasks without problems

**What problems is omniOrders solving and how is that benefiting you?**

OmniOrders.com is solving several problems I had before managing my online orders and sales. The platform allows me to centralize all my orders from the different stores and marketplaces in one place. This saves me a lot of time, since before I had to check each store separately. Also, it allows me to automatically sync inventory between all stores to avoid overselling

**What do you like best about omniOrders?**

What I like the most is the clean and intuitive interface. I hardly need a training to master all its functions. From the main dashboard I have quick access to orders, inventory, customers, billing and other modules. But above all I value its versatility, it adapts to my business, whether it is small or medium, from a physical store, e-commerce or mixed. I can customize workflows and automate repetitive tasks to streamline processes

**What do you dislike about omniOrders?**

I don't dislike anything in particular, they could only improve some functions such as sales reports to do more in-depth analysis. But I understand that they are improving with regular updates.

**What problems is omniOrders solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Solve efficiency and organization problems in omnichannel order management. It allows me to manage all channels from a single point, integrating ecommerce orders, physical stores, marketplaces and more. I no longer waste time moving between systems or storing data in spreadsheets. With omniOrders I have everything centralized in the cloud, I can see the status of each order in real time, assign confirmations and shipments automatically, carry out precise follow-up. It also analyzes the data to improve the customer experience and increase sales. This saves me a lot of time to focus on other more valued tasks

The customer support options are available through email and phone with omniOrders. Although there are some competitors in this space, overall omniOrders proves to be a solution.

It becomes challenging to manage e-commerce operations on the go without one. Having an app would benefit users like myself.

omniOrders optimizes business operations by providing a platform for managing orders. This has saved me time and effort. With omniOrders, my business has become organized and customer satisfaction levels have improved.

OmniOrders allows businesses to sell products across multiple online channels, which can help me reach a wider audience and increase sales. With OmniOrders, I can manage all my orders in one place, saving time and reducing errors.

**What do you dislike about omniOrders?**

While OmniOrders offers customer support via email and phone, I want more robust support options such as live chat or a dedicated support portal.

OmniOrders does not offer a mobile app, which could be a drawback for me, who needs to manage their e-commerce operations on-the-go.

**What do you like best about omniOrders?**

Simplifies inventory tracking for e-comm businesses. One of our clients from my previous organization would use and had asked us to familiarize ourselves with the tool for better partnership with them.

**What do you dislike about omniOrders?**

UI can be better in terms of intuitive user flow. You can find a ton of other apps that offer the same functionality with added features, but overall, this is good enough.

**What problems is omniOrders solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tracking inventory and orders is very easy with this application. Helps in saving time as it manages the end-to-end lifecycle of the product. Shipping and communicating with the customer is simplified because of this app.

**What do you like best about omniOrders?**

Use of blockchain for order tracking, which improves traceability significantly, and the ease of managing multiple inventories at different locations and various sales channels associated with each inventory.

**What do you dislike about omniOrders?**

Difficulty in data migration from the existing solution and integration with third-party applications for other purposes, such as customer management. An option to track SLAs with delivery vendors would have been great.

omniOrders combines inventory management with order management and takes care of inventories at multiple locations (even international). Since it uses blockchain, order tracking is improved, and supply chain counterfeiting is avoided.

It's an easy-to-implement cloud-based software solution that removes the need for manual entry and takes automated order processing to a whole new level. 
Have seen my colleagues using it in my previous organisation.

It can be more seamless. while providing input and feeding input to the system. It should do some computation automatically and can provide suggestions based on which end user can choose .

It is solving order management workflow at a very minimalistic level and is quiet useful in maintaining as well along with history of the all orders be it in different mode of orders.

This app is for intelligence employees who can easily work on it. Best platform to use ecommerce with the help of technology. Must use app it is. Everyone ahou use it.

I dont Dislike anything in this app. But multiple user problem is there but I know it will be solved it future times. Otherwise very good app. All should use it.

Save time and money. It can do the working by itself. Manual working is not there. Easy to use . Helps in Learning new things. Very afforable app it is. Everyone should try it.

It's easy to track my inventory and dropshipping orders with omniOrders.

The UI needs to be improved. Also, there are a lot of bugs. I know it will be solved in the future times.

Of course, saving time. Saving time = more money. Easy to use. Easy to track where my inventory and orders.
