What i find most helpful about Omnia Retail is that you have a dedicated account manager which is always available to schedule a call, send an email to and is just always available for questions. To have a dedicated account manager you can connect with and someone who comes by the office sometimes is in my opinion way more helpful than sending an email to general customer support. What i would consider least helpfull about Omnia Retail is that the offerings and capabilities within the platform is pretty set which makes it difficult for them to be able to fulfill requests. Sometimes when we have a request of a new feature, it is not possible for them to develop it unless a lot of users are needing this same feature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are handful of points that I would like to review:
1. Interface: The platform is easy to navigate and understand. I find it super straigtforward whenever I need to investigate prices on ad-hoc level. The set up is easy due to its practical design. Its user-friendly interface and robust features make it something we utilize frequently to stay competitive in our pricing strategies
2. Dynamic pricing: Pricing is a dynamic subject, it is important that we are able to analyze, adjust and optimize our pricing strategy to be competitive in the market. This can be totally achieved with Omnia. There are several features within Omnia that can be used to cater to our needs.
3. Integration: So far the integration between Omnia and our internal system have been running smoothly with minimal disription.

Omnia gives us the opportunity to build and easily customize our pricing strategy, which we managed manually before using Omnia. It gives great insights in our competiton and it's helping us stay price competitive. Our Omnia team is always very helpful. They support is quick and friendly each time. In the beginning of our coorporation some features were not available in Omnia 2.0. The support team was always open for feedback and tried to help us find a different (custom) solution or included our wishes on the Omnia backlog. We don't have to check the prices by hand. It's something we use everyday so I am very happy to have it. The prices comes in a perfect list. It's clear why the price is like this and it is always possible to change a rule when needed. I think we could do more with it but for now the basics are good! Also the support of Rara is very good. The least helpfull is that it is not possible (yet) to see if a product is a promotion price for a week at the concuration website or a normal price. Sometimes we wouldn't like to go with a promotion price from the other website.

It provides us a lot of insides about the retail market where are products are sold. We learn who are price leaders and followers in our market and this helpes us to get better knowlegde about the dynamics. We offer a lot of products in the same range with a different EAN. This makes is for us a little more diffecult to track the prices. This is an branch issue, but it would we great if Omnia provide a solution were you could combine EAN's to one price point if they are the same for the samen product range.
