**What do you like best about Omnea?**

We’ve had a really positive experience with Omnea. The no-code workflow builder is incredibly flexible and lets us customise processes exactly as we need, without relying on technical support. It’s made a big difference by bringing more structure and visibility to our procurement requests.

The platform is intuitive, adoption was smooth, and their customer support has been genuinely excellent, responsive, collaborative, and proactive.

I’m particularly excited about their newly released Agreement feature, which connects the original request all the way through to renewals. It feels like they’re building with a clear long-term vision, and I’m looking forward to what’s coming next in 2026.

Overall, Omnea has been a great partner for us.

**What do you dislike about Omnea?**

One area for improvement for us is around Procure-to-Pay integration. While Omnea integrates with several major ERPs, it doesn’t currently integrate with Xero, which is what we use. Having a seamless connection into our accounting system would make the end-to-end flow even stronger for our setup.

That said, this isn’t really a product weakness , it’s more about our internal tech stack. Omnea is clearly building toward a broader P2P and spend management ecosystem, and it looks like a number of enhancements are already on their roadmap.

**What problems is Omnea solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Omnea is solving the chaos around procurement intake and third-party spend control. Before implementing it, requests came through emails, Slack messages, and informal conversations, which made approvals inconsistent and tracking difficult.

By centralising intake and automating workflows, Omnea has given us visibility over who is requesting what, where approvals sit, and when contracts are due for renewal. It has reduced manual chasing, improved accountability, and strengthened our audit trail.

**What do you like best about Omnea?**

I like that different stakeholders can input information into the request throughout the procurement process, giving the procurement team valuable and reliable data. The use of AI within Omnea is really beneficial, helping to speed up the intake form for requesters and improving reporting for the Procurement team. I also like Omnea's interface and layout, which are crucial in improving the process for the requester. Additionally, Omnea increases visibility across the company by centralising procurement activities and ensuring vendor compliance with IT Security and Legal teams. I really appreciate Omnea's proactive and supportive approach during the switch, which made the setup seamless.

**What do you dislike about Omnea?**

I find some small bugs within the platform frustrating, although they're fixed quickly once we raise the issue. I also find setting conditions in Omnea to be difficult and feel like this could be simplified to improve the functionality.

Omnea centralises procurement, ensuring requests reach the right teams and approvals are completed. It boosts visibility, centralises procurement activities, ensures vendor compliance, and provides reliable data input throughout the process. AI features speed up forms and enhance reporting.

**What do you like best about Omnea?**

I love how entirely configurable the set up is. For a non-procurement expert this is essential to be able to easily consider and set up our workflows. This has driven engagement with the wider team as well as they can easily see how Omnea can help them. 

The workflow builder UI is intuitive and and immediate, meaning the performance of the system can be continually tweaked, without having to make major changes, or wait for developers to assist. We have been able to easily translate our existing processes into the system adding multi layered functionality along the way. 

The support from the Omnea team has been excellent. Our main point of contact was very knowledgeable and always available - no request was too big or small.

**What do you dislike about Omnea?**

I have no actual dislikes as such. There is perhaps some development that could happen with potential integrations such as deeper integrations with financial systems (Xero), and maybe with trust centres (such as Vanta).

**What problems is Omnea solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We do not have a dedicated procurement function. This is helping us to professionalise our procurement without having to hire a full head. Omnea helps us to join up all the elements of managing our suppliers (intake/annual reviews/renewals etc), whilst improving visibility and accountability across the business. 

This takes a lot of manual spreadsheet monitoring and chasing away from the finance team, saving time across the business, representing a solid return on investment. 

We struggled to report accurately on our full supply chain and respond to FRIs efficiently. Omnea helps to report in many different ways, meaning audits etc happen much more quickly.

Omnea combines a highly intuitive interface with cutting-edge workflow orchestration. It has helped us automate the most complex and/or tedious parts of our procurement, TPRM, and renewal processes, making these workflows much easier to manage day to day. Also, the team’s commitment to constant innovation and genuine partnership makes them a standout choice in a crowded market. Highly recommended for any forward-thinking procurement or finance teams.

Loading and reloading data and updates on the dashboard could be quicker, as it sometimes feels a bit slow when refreshing.

**What problems is Omnea solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Omnea, we struggled with fragmented data silos and the constant manual grind of tracking vendor risks and upcoming renewals. Omnea has completely solved those bottlenecks. Their platform bridges the gap between different departments, turning what was once a mess of emails into a single, orchestrated flow. We no longer have to worry about risk assessments falling through the cracks or being caught off guard by a renewal we forgot was coming. It has effectively eliminated the administrative overhead that usually bogs down procurement teams. Beyond the tech, the Omnea team operates as a true extension of our own, ensuring the platform scales alongside our needs.

**What do you like best about Omnea?**

I use Omnea as our procurement tool and love its ease of use and how it simplifies interactions with procurement. The structure it brings to document management and approvals saves us time on admin tasks and lets us focus on more valuable work. The tool has greatly improved collaboration between stakeholders, especially between Procurement, Legal, InfoSec, and the business, and allows us to maintain consistent standards through supplier questionnaires. Our team appreciates the clear and documented processes, which provide confidence and clarity about timelines, and we find it incredibly helpful for keeping track of renewals. The initial setup was really easy, and the Omnea team was phenomenal in supporting us. Everyone on the team praises the tool and has seen positive effects on the process.

The P2P component is missing, where we could also bring Finance in to really have an end-to-end process live in Omnea.

**What do you like best about Omnea?**

I like Omnea's easy-to-use UI, which has improved the employee experience compared to the old workflow. The transition to Omnea has sped up procurement requests and enabled live reporting of our committed spend, unlike our previous ticketing system. I also appreciate Omnea's integration with NetSuite, automating new vendor setups and purchase order creation. Lastly, the initial setup was very easy, and the Omnea team provided excellent customer service during set up.

**What do you dislike about Omnea?**

I would love to see Omnea offer a Slack integration for procurement review comments. This would allow approvers, like legal, IT, and finance, to discuss procurement requests with requestors in Slack rather than as comments. As a Slack first business, being able to record Slack procurement review conversations in Omnea would speed up the approval process even more.

**What do you like best about Omnea?**

We've had a really positive experience with Omnea so far.  The interface is clean and modern, which makes it easy to navigate, especially from an Accounts Payable perspective as we will be using it heavily to create POs and track progress.  It flows smoothly into our ERP system NetSuite and we haven't experienced any problems with the integration.  Testing went great too and we're getting good feedback from the wider business ahead of rollout because it looks intuitive and easy to use, giving the future users confidence to use and adapt to the new process.  Our implementation lead Tessa Glyn has been amazing from the start.  She's proactive, happy to answer any questions and really thorough in her explanations.  We've felt like we properly understand the implementation process and was heavily involved.  Any issues were worked on and resolved very quickly.

**What do you dislike about Omnea?**

We're still early into our rollout, so we're continuing to explore more of the functionality, but so far it's been very smooth.

**What problems is Omnea solving and how is that benefiting you?**

From an Accounts Payable perspective, our process was very manual.  Invoices were entered manually and approvals were managed through email, which made it time consuming and harder to track.  Now with the PO function, we are introducing much stronger financial controls by ensuring spend is approved in advance and aligned with budgets.  It also creates a clear, auditable trial.  Overall, it's making our AP workflow more efficient, controlled and easier to manage.

**What do you like best about Omnea?**

I like Omnea's flexibility. It allows us to be super flexible, and we have the ability to make changes to all of our workflows without any coding. If I want to create a new workflow, I can easily do it. Just take a picture of something I've whiteboarded, upload it, and it will add the workflow with necessary adjustments. I also appreciate that we have full control of our workflows without needing to pay a consultant or IT professional for changes. Omnea's support is great too, as our implementation manager was with us every step of the way, and they had high visibility on their side.

**What do you dislike about Omnea?**

I feel like the integrations are a little bit harder to get done than what I expected. They have a lot of out-of-the-box integrations or APIs, but they're not as robust as I would like. It's unclear if it's an issue with Omnea, the other companies, or maybe a combination of both. I wish we had known more upfront about the integrations or the APIs.

**What problems is Omnea solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Omnea helps us ensure all sourcing steps are completed and improves efficiency by potentially cutting our event-to-contract time from twenty to ten weeks, increasing our impact.

I use Omnea as a central Procurement and Supplier Management platform, which streamlines sourcing, approvals, and management of third-party spend into a single, structured workflow. The workflow build is non-code, meaning we don't need developers to set it up. The training process is intuitive, making the team confident and comfortable in making changes and building new workflows. Integration with Jira and Slack enhances communication and notifications, which is crucial for our ticketing and comms needs. The Product Catalogue feature provides a centralized place for all approved tools and suppliers, helping us avoid duplication and manage spend better. The Omnea team made the initial setup seamless, with Kirsten Meehan providing exceptional support and guidance throughout implementation.

**What do you like best about Omnea?**

Omnea really thought about how a company and its users would use the product bearing in mind all the different factors within the Procurement process e.g. integrations with other systems reducing time going back and forth between. They’ve created a risk module where you are able to visibly see the risks of a supplier/request without having to jump through hoops to find these. The use of AI has helped to speed up the process, and the summaries are a great tool for those users who might not use Omnea ever day. 
Also, they have a great support team who are always on hand to help and listen if you have any feedback on potential new ideas that could be taken on board in future. They also provide some really useful guides especially for beginners trying to work out the functionality and how it all links.
Overall, it’s improved our workflow by allowing us to work more effectively and efficiently as a team as well as highlighting where our blockers are allowing us to address these. The workflow itself is very user friendly allowing you to drag and drop, use question ID's to pre-fill and notifying all the relevant teams with logic which is simple to build.

**What do you dislike about Omnea?**

The Omnea team is constantly working on changes and improvements, but I don’t think this is necessarily always communicated to the customers for example new AI features we aren’t made aware of but might see the change in the system. It’s great they are making these changes, but they could send out more notification emails just with a heads up so we’re aware of what’s being released and it isn’t a surprise. 

A particular feature we’d like to see is if we could prefill a question from a tag as the use of tags has increased and this would speed up manually entering the information. This is the same for the risk module/auto flagging for example if the auto flagged score is a certain number, then the answer should be X.

**What problems is Omnea solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Omnea is a system which brings teams together and gets them thinking of how we can improve our internal processes using the system or if there is something missing which we may not have identified until we started using Omnea and had these discussions.

Before Omnea there was a lot of manual work involved on manually chasing people across several different systems as well as not having control on who was raising suppliers and if this was within appetite. Now we’re able to catch these early and view all our suppliers in one place. Additionally, it’s allowed us to save money by decommissioning an old system we used for keeping contracts/documents as using the Agreements module we can have everything in one system making it much easier for the user.

**What do you like best about Omnea?**

I like being able to find all the contracts and expenses whether by team, requester, type of cost, amount, etc. Additionally, I highly value the support service they have, which apart from being fast, is very efficient. It's my go-to site when I need to check anything, renew a contract, know what period it covers, etc., which is essential for both the procurement side and the cost management side. The initial setup of Omnea was very easy, as Harry helped us.

**What do you dislike about Omnea?**

We still need to perfect the management of renewal requests because some are slipping through. This happens when the renewal is not properly recorded at the start of the request, or because the people responsible for the requests ignore the notifications and we do not receive notification of that.

**What problems is Omnea solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Omnea provides structure and adds processes to purchases and contracts, ensuring financial reviews and verifications. It facilitates finding contracts and expenses by various criteria and is crucial for renewing contracts and managing costs. Additionally, the support is fast and efficient.

**What do you like best about Omnea?**

I like that Omnea is AI native and is always shipping new features that add real value to the product frequently. It's great that they take user feedback seriously and implement it. The solution implementation team and customer teams are really engaged, acting almost like consultants during the implementation.   The UI is very clean and modern, showing only what's necessary but highlighting and flagging important aspects that would have been buried in the depths of procurement requests. The workflow builder is highly customisable, allowing it to be completely configured to meet unique business needs. I appreciate the integration with our existing tech stack, especially with Slack. Initial setup was very easy, which is a big plus.

**What do you dislike about Omnea?**

I would love to see more self-service integration capabilities. Specifically, being able to directly integrate via self-service to Notion, Google Workspace, or even access Omnea via MCP.

**What problems is Omnea solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Omnea solves duplicate systems, data disparity and dispersion, and improves review coordination and automation. It's the centralized source for procurement and vendor risk management.

**What do you like best about Omnea?**

I like the entire member management and procurement set in Omnea. The UI and ease of access make it user-friendly. I appreciate the customization features and the customer support. The easy viewability is a plus, making it clear and straightforward. The onboarding team at Omnea, especially Tessa Glyn are trully subject matters experts and we rarely if ever heard the word NO. There was always a willingness to make things work. We heard YES a lot and a breakdown of how it would be done which was met with achieved deliverables.

**What do you dislike about Omnea?**

We had some initial hiccups, though they have been resolved. This is related to learning the tool and connecting it with all of our systems. Getting set up was moderately challenging at first, but it gets better once you're acclimated.

**What problems is Omnea solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Omnea for onboarding and assessing new vendors, managing security and privacy risks, and handling contracts. It provides easy viewability, customization, and good customer support, making it a valuable vendor management tool.

**What do you like best about Omnea?**

Firstly, the team of actual humans behind Omnea are exceptional at what they do. I appreciate all the AI functionality and all the cool new things we get to experience, but first and foremost knowing there is a person behind the interface, who I can converse with in real time and even hop on a call with, is incredibly important to the service offering. 

Aside from that, the actual system is fantastic. Honest about what it can and cannot do, open to suggestions and always adding to what it can deliver, and offered as standard instead of premium level access. As a system owner & admin, the ability to actual build, break, refine, add logic, and create is unlike any procurement or TPRM system I've worked in before.

Fraser Guillen as our Account Manager from Day 1 has always been there for us, and willing to collaborate across departments internally when needed for specific projects. 

Harry Thompson as our primary config and support expert deserves a medal and recognition for the incredible level of support he has, and continues to, offer. While we are now pretty competent at building and maintaining the back end, Harry is always available for sounding out an idea, providing feedback, or at times completing re-working a workflow and starting from scratch.

**What do you dislike about Omnea?**

When we were preparing ahead of January 2025 launch, there were not a lot of materials available for us to internally develop training guides and videos for our users. The introduction of Knowledge Base has been a huge improvement on this. We would have also liked to have a 'Super User Admin Playbook' at the time of launch, again covered now by the Knowledge Base. 

We'd like a little more general comms from the Omnea team about what's upcoming, what changes (no matter how small) are coming and when, instead of logging in and seeing something new. We'd also like a little more proactive recommendations on how we can improve as well as comparison against what Omnea's other clients are doing.

**What problems is Omnea solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed a new 'front door' to procurement, as we were operating on multiple systems for supplier onboarding, supplier TPRM, purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and contracting with our supply chain. We required much improved visibility and reporting tools. 

All of this is now solved, either through Omnea platform directly, or with integrations into our ERP and PowerBI. Requestors have much greater visibility of where their requests are in the workflow.

I really like Omnea's automation and no-code build workflows, which speed up processes for stakeholders and allow us to adapt processes as we become more familiar with using the tool. The customization options and integrations with other tools like Docusign, Jira, and Netsuite are fantastic, as they mean the business doesn't necessarily have to enter Omnea directly, yet it still serves as a central portal. I also appreciate how it centralizes all contracts, providing a single source of truth for third-party agreements. The initial setup was fairly seamless, thanks to Shane from Omnea, who made the whole process easy and met our tight timelines.

**What do you dislike about Omnea?**

We moved to Agreements, but we still struggle with how they sit with product and supplier levels. The interface could be improved.

I really like how Omnea gives us a platform to send security, privacy, and AI assessments to prospective vendors. It helps us collaborate with other teams in our organization, making it easy to seamlessly onboard vendors. Having everything in one place and being able to see upcoming renewal dates so those high costs don't get you by surprise

A lot of add ons that you have to pay for, even after paying the anual fee.

Procurement Platform, it helps us having everything on a same palce.
