
I like being able to find all the contracts and expenses whether by team, requester, type of cost, amount, etc. Additionally, I highly value the support service they have, which apart from being fast, is very efficient. It's my go-to site when I need to check anything, renew a contract, know what period it covers, etc., which is essential for both the procurement side and the cost management side. We still need to perfect the management of renewal requests because some are slipping through. This happens when the renewal is not properly recorded at the start of the request, or because the people responsible for the requests ignore the notifications and we do not receive notification of that.
