**What do you like best about Omedym?**

I love that I can track client searches, patterns, and time on topic. This can be used to drive content to focus on in solutions demos, without bringing up you know where the client has spent time. It makes for natural alignment.

**What do you dislike about Omedym?**

Setting up and sending account access is a cumbersome process. It's not the worst I've seen, but we could benefit from a simpler process.

**What problems is Omedym solving and how is that benefiting you?**

OMEDYM helps acclimate clients to our platform on their own schedule. I use OMEDYM after the analysis and ahead of the demo to pique client interest and familiarity, which has them asking more questions. This takes the guesswork out of what topics we should be covering, and makes for natural alignment when presenting.

**What do you like best about Omedym?**

It provides the ability to provide resources of you services to the clients in a timely manner. Provides real live engagment from client and see where they spend their time. Now you can use that data to bring up in the next conversation.

**What do you dislike about Omedym?**

not really dislike but not allowing to add new contacts in omedym whom may not be in SF. Right now it forces you to add them in SF first then have to go back to omedym.

**What problems is Omedym solving and how is that benefiting you?**

its solving the problem of sharing information to clients internal teams who may have not been on your calls. This allows to send them invitations to the portal so they dont feel left out and can visually see product details and FAQ's

**What do you like best about Omedym?**

It is very intuitively built. I found it easy to pick up how to edit customer portals, how to send links, etc. The content we have hosted is also the perfect length of time for easy viewing by our clients. I love that we can see detailed stats on which client contacts accessed the portals and for how long.

**What do you dislike about Omedym?**

I'm not sure about the client's experience, but when we test the portals, it makes us log in using a one-time email link every single time. If this is also true for the clients, I'm sure that that discourages logging into the portal more than one time. Because of this and other reasons I haven't been able to discern yet, I find that clients seldom click the links to their Omedym portals when I send them in an email after a meeting. So it is frustrating that the portals are so fantastically built and have the exact content clients ask for, but they only stop in to watch videos about 20% of the time or less, and only for about 5-10 min according to the stats. They tend to respond much better to scheduling live demos with our consultants, and we see better close rates for our deals when doing so.

**What problems is Omedym solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sometimes, clients ask for short videos that they can view in their own time rather than scheduling a live demo. The videos are also very specific on how certain processes will look for clients.

We appreciate your insights on the login process for clients and understand the importance of a seamless user experience.   Your company network policies can impact the 'remember me' functionality of a preview that your prospects do not have.

Your portal visits rate is impacted by a lot of factors.  Are you sending them individual invitations?  Are you building Omedym into your communication cadence with the prospect?    Your company averages about 2x what you are experiencing so it is worth reviewing your approach.

Short visits and watching content are not a bad thing.  They come in, get their answers, and move on.

**What do you like best about Omedym?**

I like that you can make the portal custom by adding and remvoing peices based on what your prospects interets are. This ensures that you won't overwhelm them with too much matieral.

**What do you dislike about Omedym?**

The approval process. I wish they could click your custom link and be brought right in, instead of having to sign upt.. sometimes this step can deter prospects from continuing.

**What problems is Omedym solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Omedym allows me to give customers content easier and ina more secure way then sending them random bits over email. It also looks more professional and creates a better experience for the prospect/customer.

Ease of use.  Super user friendly.  When I send it out to clients, they are all able to access with no issues at all.

Nothing, the ease of use is amazing.  My only complaint is that I can add more than 20 pages

It eliminates time that I am spending with Clients to answern  questions.  It helps streamline for them.

I love using omedym to give my clients access to see into the system before we get to the demo! It helps keep them engaged and allows me insight on exactly what they are looking to see as far as product features.

The portals are sometimes hard to get out of people have opted out of email over the years

My customers need to be able to see what our solution can offer them!

**What do you like best about Omedym?**

when you have a videos, FAQs, materials for work Omedym is the best tool. My favorite part is to know how much and what my prospects spend time on, this will give you an idea where they are most interested.

**What do you dislike about Omedym?**

when you have to allow them the access eventhough you sent it to them. 
But recently I have not being facing this issue which is nice.

prospects not knowing what they wants or which modules or features. with Omedym they come to us knowing what we offer and with more specifict questions.

**What do you like best about Omedym?**

I like the customization of it all. The material included is great and the abilitty to upload my own content based on the progression of my sales process.

**What do you dislike about Omedym?**

The access permission process is a bit clunky and seems difficult to clients some how. It's not as easy as i would like it to be for clients to get buy-in for it. Maybe they are overhwelmed by content and i should start with blank templates more often.

setting up next steps for client and being able to give them access to helpful tools outside of scheduled calls. Clients are busy so giving them options to look up info on their own time is valuable.

Its a great way to share content with your buyer, while being able to track metrics on what they view/how long to know what is most important to your buyer. I like using it as a way to get other key stake holders involved in a sales process.

I wish there was a way to create a generic omedym portal and share it with multiple prospects/companies. More of a way to help gain access into accounts.

There are so many features within our technology that it is tough to cover them all during a 1:1 demo. This gives the prospect a way to go search for specific topics that are important to them and instantly see videos or relevant content on that topic.

whenever a client isn't linked on SFDC I am unable to add them and have the automated email sent out, I have to rely on them to self register.

I like how easy it is for users like me to quickly create a portal that our clients can use in a multitude of different ways to help push the sales process along at their own leisure.  I love how it tracks viewership and detail into what products/solutions get viewed and for how long.

There really isnt much that I do not like about Omedym.

**What do you like best about Omedym?**

I love being able to see what my clients are looking at or searching for. It helps inform conversations after a client has been in the Portal looking around. The real-time tracking and reporting is awesome.

**What do you dislike about Omedym?**

Maybe I am doing it wrong, but I dont like having to re-certify my email when I go into client portals after they've been created. I should be auto approved. I also wish there was a cleaner way to send the portals to clients just to save some time.

It is giving me an easy way to get a lot of great information in front of my clients, and showing me what they are truly interested in learning about.

Execulsive content section to keep all documents and materials all in one place during our sales process. Also, I like the fact that we can see what our buyers are intrested in. It's a way we can identify areas that might be of need and expand on our conversations.

I wish I could customize the templates with exactly what the buyer will get: talent bundle, data cloud, essential time, TLM, 401K etc.

That the prospects/clients can search questions themselves, look at articles relevant and it's one place for my materials from calls for them. I loveeee that I can see what they view as well!

you can't add a member if they've opted out of email in SF

You can't upload a link ex: youtube video that's helpful

**What do you like best about Omedym?**

I love using Omedym during my sales process as it is the perfect way to tell how engaged a potential customer is with the content you send them.  It's quick and easy to create a portal of relevant information that can be sent to anyone in there organization.  I use it with almost every follow-up e-mail I send.

**What do you dislike about Omedym?**

There was a little bit of a learning curve to get started, but once I get the hang of creating the portals and where to assign the videos it's extremely easy to use.

**What problems is Omedym solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Omedym expedites my sales process.  I no longer have to wait for product demos and can easily send out information that the client wants to see.  I also get live feedback on what videos the client spent the most time on so I can tailor my approach.

I like the Omedym gives the prospects a chance to look at the technology prior to an in-depth demo. It helps them come better prepared with questions and an idea of what they're looking at. It is very easy to use and I use it often. There's also many different features to make it customizable to the prospects needs.

I haven't found anything that I dislike about Omedym. I use it very often.

Omedym is a great portal to provide information to external contacts in one consolidated place that allows them to easy view customized content, as well as "peruse" a multitude of topics regarding the company and or product. Easy to use.

**What do you dislike about Omedym?**

When building out Omedym it can be challening sometimes to navigate where all the infomation is, and there are limits on how much info can be shared in certain "sub categories" within the portal

**What problems is Omedym solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows you to see what products/features/functionality the prospect searches for and how much time they spend on each area, which provides insight into what the buyer is most interested in

**What do you like best about Omedym?**

Clients have an opportunity to look over the material at their convenience and also may see items that were not discussed at the initial meeting.  It helps them build questions and get answers for themselves.  Also, I like the tracking and helps with sorting thru what is important to the client.

**What do you dislike about Omedym?**

I feel with the templates we have in place for HRO, that we can simplify the recommended to more valid material.  Try not to overwhelm the client.

Helps brings clarity to the product I'm selling.

Its easy to create a new portal for a prospect

**What do you dislike about Omedym?**

No one opens the link and if they do, they dont like it at all.  They are looking for a sandbox enviornment where they can play around with the technology, they dont want videos

**What problems is Omedym solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Never benefits me, Honestly a huge waste of my time to send it out.  I do though...

I get a list of features the client looked at and how intently. I use this tool on every opportunity in my process. It's easy to send to clients and the find it extremely supportive to the process.

So far, I don't have any negative experience with Omedym.

I like how easy it is to use the OMEDYM portal and how much value it can add during a sales process. It allows the customer to learn before making the jump.

The interface and all the different portals you can send seems a bit cluttered but its is very minor. Overall very good!

OMEDYM is helping my prospects train themselves on the technology prior to a proposal. They can see if they would like to use our product before ever making the jump.

Gives clients a great resource for our product. There's more on there than what I can share in one email. I like that I can see who's visited the portal and what they saw.

**What do you dislike about Omedym?**

Many clients do not use the portal because it's an extra step. They don't like that they basically need to sign in twice to get in. It's not super easy to use for them.

**What problems is Omedym solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Currently, our company does not have enough Business Consultants to give demos to SBS clients. Omedym provides resources and links for clients to view before seeing if we need to book a demo with a live BC.

Easy to use and implement. Great tool your prospects and clients can access at their leisure. There's a number of features available to upload documents, contact info, short videos, testimonials, etc. Notifications sent to your email identifying what area(s) the prospect looked at, watched, etc is very helpful as well.

**What do you dislike about Omedym?**

There's nothing I can think of that I dislike about using this tool.

It helps the buyer be in control and look at short demos and information as their schedule allows. By putting the buyer back in the driver seat and giving us in sales an insider look into what specific areas they are looking at, it helps me tailor and reduce my messaging to help secure the deal.

I have been working with it for a few years now and have found it to be pretty helpful. It can be time consuming to create and develop a portal but once it is created and the contacts have accesses the system it is incredibly beneifical to be able to see what they are looking at, where they are spending their time and what they seem to be finding value in. Uploading information and customizing the descriptions,etc. is very easy.

I have not found anything negative to this point. The system is pretty easy to navigate and figure out.

I like that it gives me another opportunity to connect with my buyers. Also, the ability to see which videos they watch helps me understand what features of my product they are the most interested in buying. The insights provided by email when a prospect views something is great.

I have a hard time previewing the portal, sometimes. I wish PDF uploads had true thumbnail images.

It helps me expand my sales process beyond the demo. It also allows other people (perhaps those not on our meetings) in the decision making process to participate in the sales process! It also helps with follow-ups.

**What do you like best about Omedym?**

The abilty to demo a multitude of different technology options in a single portal. With the ability to see who and for how long a client looked at Omedym.

I also like the I can a portal to a client and its ease of use is always there for clients. I don't need to take time to show a client how to set anything up or navigate once in Omedym.

I've had a number of client I've enrolled in Omedym reach back out to me to tell me theres so many features they aren't using correctly making more tech easier to intergrate and use. Cients go back to Omedym using it frequently, as well as using it to answer some issues they would contact customer service for.

**What do you dislike about Omedym?**

If the client is inadvertently placed on the do no email list we can't enroll the client in Omedym.

**What problems is Omedym solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Omedym is taking an excuse away from clients when they say they don't have time for a demo. This is a huge problem solver when positioned correctly. Omedym has resulted in more sales for me that I would have lost if it wasn't for this piece of technology.

I like to see the activity within the portal. Activity gives me a great understanding of how invested my prospect is in our process and more activity has lead to a great % that the deal will close.

The upside is that it saves me time. Gives me visibility into who at the org is looking at content and what content they are looking at. Allows me to see what is important to them and even upsell. Avoids the need to do a live demo.

I dont like the process to preview the portal. It is clunky and time consuming to email it to myself and then have to go back in and redo the whole process.

A lot of my prospects want to see something self-guided and tangible prior to scheduling any further conversation. When I can send them something they can explore on their own, it increases interest in the product and I'm opening the door for them to drive the conversation about what they want to review when we do have that next conversation.

**What do you dislike about Omedym?**

It would be nice to have templates that are more tailored to specific modules or industries. It takes some extra effort to configure sometimes.

**What problems is Omedym solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I work with prospects and I'm looking to sell them a big system. There's a lot to cover and sending them an Omedym takes a little bit of that off my plate so I have to do less education.
