**What do you like best about Omedym?**

Omedym is a true game changer in a sales process!  Talk about an all in one solution and being efficient.  With Omedym, you can upload meeting decks, proposals, collateral etc. to one central location for the prospect to refer to versus the prospect having to dig through a bunch of different emails/attachments to find what they are looking for.  There are also pre configured demos, client testimonials, topics and content you can add to the portal making it super easy to tailor to the prospect's specific needs. Omedym is the cherry on top of a solid sales process!

**What do you dislike about Omedym?**

Only being able to add a limited amount of topics/content to the portal.

**What problems is Omedym solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is nice to be able to see the specific topics/content the prospect is spending the most time on in the portal so you can better tailor future conversations.

Viewer rate isn't as high as I would like but thankfully it takes very little effort to create the sites.  Also I specialize in certain products and the content isn't built around them.

I'm able to reach more contacts within an account for prep sales and people who were not able to join my meeting.

I love the fact that you receive notifications when yoiur buyers access the sandbox as well as what they are viewing, searches they have performed. This allows you to tailor your follow up; which helps guide the buying process. The systemn is easy to use and I have the ability to custmize the materials I post for buyers.

So far I haven't come across any pain points with Omedym

After our product demo, Omedym allows me to post snippets of our products functionality, which helps aids the buyer's decision.

**What do you like best about Omedym?**

I think Omedym is a great concept.  It's an additional touch point that I can tailor to any group I'm working with to help guide them through an evaluation, ideally in my favor, and could potentially increase the sense of a 'white glove' experience.  It can be positioned in so many different ways, a touchpoint, additional resources, tailored material, helping cover items you don't have time to or maybe aren't that important to your process, but important to your client, etc.

**What do you dislike about Omedym?**

There are some things that could be smoothed out.  There are times I do feel like it's a bit outdated looking on the client / prospective client side of things.  Additionally, although it's highly customizable, it does feel like you run into some limitations with what you can do.  However, this could be due to restrictions put in place by my company.  It also doesn't feel very intuitive at times when you're trying to create an Omedym.  Navigating the options for set up can be a little cumbersom.  

Finally, the biggest issue here is the adoption of it by clients / perspective clients.  Like I mentioned in my 'likes' portion, it's a really great concept, but I've had scattered success with getting people to go into it and then stay in it.  Obviously, this could be due to how I'm positioning it, or my company's content inside of it, but I think it may come off as additional work for prospects / clients at times. Aside from the technical bumps in the road, which are more minor, I think it's difficult to champion using this product or to spend time setting it up if I don't see the ROI from my end.  So far, the biggest value has been a perceived value, i.e. a moment or two of me getting to sound like this is a really tailored expereince, but outside of that, I don't see the teams I'm working with finding a ton of value in it.

In theory, it's solving for time constraints, as of right now.  It's also somewhat solving for a lack of touchpoints with my prospects.

i feel like the client facing portal could be prettier.  think like my youtube subcribed page maybe.  better thumbnails possibly. maybe thats an ADP thing and not an omedym thing. honestly not sure.

helping stalled sales processes as well as helping give the client something to look at on their own time.  It sometimes helps cover topics i wouldnt get onto in a short conversation.

I love that Omedym allows clients to search and view information that they're interested in, not just what the sales person is sending. I love the analytics and the ability to understand whats important to the buyer by knowing what they're searching and consuming.

I dislike the login step, but get that its a security feature. I also dislike that I can't add assets to multiple templates at once - this would be a game changer.

I love Omedym as pre and post sales tool.  It helps build awareness of our platform prior to the demo call, so the questions are more focused and higher level. This expedites the sales process.  

On the back end of the sale, it is a useful tool to realign with all the information that was provided on the demo and re educate the client on the capabilities of their investment.  This helps cut down on customer service calls.

Nothing to speak of that I would change.

It's easy to use.  As a salesperson it gives you the option to show a quick taste of a demo in case the client needs to see something quick or just doesn't have an hour to spare.  Gives client/prospect freedom to search freely.  In turn it provides feedback on where client/prospect spent their time.

If I've got questions while i'm on the page i'm unsure of where to go.

Omedym has been extremely helpful in helping me get deals to the finish line. 
With today's decision makers being pulled in many different directions and their calendars filled from 8 - 5 it is impereative to find a different way to get the information they need infront of them. That's where Omedym comes in, with the self guided demos I've been able to show value and get quicker wins.

Not applicable. I strongly believe Omedym is a great solution for the modern day seller.

Sales process are quicker with Omedym through their self guided demo feature, I love that Omedym send you a "Trigger" or "update" if some one is looking at the portal and how much time they're spending on each piece of information.

Omedym is easy to use and set up.  I am able to create custom portals for buyers based on their needs and get valuable data and insights into the buyers interest based on their activity in the portal.  I like that I can upload videos, brochures, and PDFs that apply to each indivdual process.

**What do you dislike about Omedym?**

There needs to be an auto reminder to encourage invited guests to remember they have the portal and to use the portal.  It would be great to have a more interactive sandbox experience.  Prospects want to understand the ease of use and giving them a place to "use the tech" would great help solidfy more of the "My Demo" experience they expect.  It is hard to explain that a website where mydemo spelled backwards doesnt offer them a demo of the tech and is more of a search engine like experience.

It is selling in between events and allowing a customer to come back at their conviences and review materials and search for more tech features.

**What do you like best about Omedym?**

The ease of use throughout the system make it very simple to create custom portals for clients to get a custom feel of platform capabilities. The tracking capabilities in regards to seeing what the client wasi nterested in and spent time viewing is a very crucial feature that can lead to easy sales. I enjoy how you can customize each portal to not only fit the clients needs, but also give it a personal feel with a company logo. Lastly, I like how you can select which content you have available for your client for them to dive into.

**What do you dislike about Omedym?**

The only downsides to Omedym that I've come across is when clients have opted out of emails but have requested acess to the custom portal. Also, I feel that some of the content could evolve into bigger capabilities. Rather then videos/demos, maybe it can evolve into a sandbox environment for the client to get a hands on feel of the system and its capabilities.

**What problems is Omedym solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Basic knowledge of the WFN systems and capabilities is easily discovered by the lcients whenevrr a portal is created for them. You can create a portal for a lcient and allow them to gain knowledge of their current system but also additional solutions that could be benefitting them.

**What do you like best about Omedym?**

The best part of Omedym is that you can upload and share mixed mediums to your clients. Both to allow them to learn, track their engagement, and really have a solid view of what your clients  need and want. It can be set up within a few minutes, custom to multiple industries, and delivering the links is a breeze to allow users access within minutes.

**What do you dislike about Omedym?**

The only part that less than pleasing is the availablity of products you can select. However too much is better than too little. Often Clients will use it for a short period so I would love to be able to update it with rotating content more easily with client communication steamlined to gain excitment to use it continuely.

**What problems is Omedym solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Omedym is great to use as a platform to share a vararity of content to clients. It is sectioned which is very handy to add in information needed along with presenting additional topics to spark interest and conversations.

The solution is excellent for account based sales and tracking the interaction with your current pipeline of prospects.

Content portals need more flexibility.  We are using content portals for prospecting, but the effectiveness had not been validated yet.

We are trying to enhance our prospecting for new business and we are not seeing the results we expected.  

They solution works well for accounts that we already have contact with.

**What do you like best about Omedym?**

The thing I like best about Omedym is the opportunity it provides the seller a creative touch point in between meetings of a sales process.

**What do you dislike about Omedym?**

I dislike that Omedym can look overwhelming to the prospect. I also do not like that it is positioned as a demo environment when it is nothing like a true demo environment/sandbox. It's essentially a video portal.

**What problems is Omedym solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Omedym is solving the problem of a key player in a buying process not being at essential meetings. They can log into Omedym to see what they might have missed and get a feel for the product their team is reviewing.

There is a lot of good content. It is helpful to be able to show clients diffrent products.

**What do you dislike about Omedym?**

Its a big pain if a client is opted out of email, which many are.  It should be easier for the client to be able to open and view the portal.

Getting info to clients when they don't have time for a demo or need extra resources.

I wish it was a little more nimble, meaning the templates were easier to set up or that we could have our own pre-set templates

This is helping peak interest before/after meetings with prospects. If there is something they want to review after a demo, they can go back and revisit.

**What do you like best about Omedym?**

Omedym has been incredibly easy to use as a touchpoint between major events with our prospects. I've been able to present videos and explanations of our product as a reminder of things we spoke about during our meetings, and a deeper dive into things we didn't have time for.

I really like the ability for the prospect to invite colleagues within their organization to the portal, giving them a sense of control and getting it out to the right people.

**What do you dislike about Omedym?**

Sometimes there can be an overload of information during the customization process.

**What problems is Omedym solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Omedym has taken the dry, quiet, and awkward time between prospect meetings and fills it with a soft touch of knowledge and product FAQs. On top of that, with the ability to upload our own content and documents, it gives the prospect time to either reflect back on info we've shown them, or see new info, at their leisure.

I find that a small percentage of prospective clients click on the link. Not sure if this seen as spam.

Setting up a portal is so easy, the UI is very friendly, and looks polished at the same time. It's integrated with Salesforce, which makes things a lot easier.

**What do you dislike about Omedym?**

It would be great if I had the option to edit items I've uploaded to the portal after publishing them. E.g. to change the description or change it from a downloadable asset to a non-downloadable asset. At the moment, I can only see the delete option.

Omedym is helping me provide my prospects with useful information about our offering that they can review in their own time. It's great that I can track a buyer's activity and understand what interests them the most.

Our Sales created a custom Omedym portal with exclusive content that included the contract & tailored videos around time. The ease of access to with single click viewed the content multiple times. surprisingly with one extra phone call our Sales sealed the deal, and they returned the contract signed within one week !
Its Amazing tool for grabing clients quickly.

in admin panel like in users and portal pages data loads slowly though it shows 10 records.

**What do you like best about Omedym?**

The set up is easy to maneuver and provided to integrate well into all functions of our processes when dealing with buyers. The support you recieve from the team & facilitating expectations goes a long way when learning a new tool, along with putting what you've learned to use. 

I really enjoy the user engagement it brings with it and allows for buyers to have a smoother and easier understanding of what an ease of implementation would be to set things up for them should they move forward with our product and service offerings.

**What do you dislike about Omedym?**

It's a bit of a learning curve at first, but pretty easy to get the hang of once you start to use it more frequently. It's a great tool to use overal and provides to be very effective.

The ease of integration and transition it takes to understand how to get the hang of things but once you figure out how to naviagte things with the support from the software and a bit of tinkering you'll make your way around it and become familiar with the product.

**What problems is Omedym solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's solving the gap between meeting with clients, and leaving them with additonal representation of our capabilities; while highlighting those with senior leadership and others involved in the impelementation etc. Allowing buyers to explore products, resources and tools ahead of time.
