Oloid is easy to set up, easy to use, and easy to monitor. It integrates with our timekeeping software and has thoroughly simplified our clock-in and clock-out process on job sites. We'd previously used cell phone clock-in software, biometric time clocks and old fashion paper time cards, all of which had significant headaches and drawbacks. Drawbacks include the need for IPad Pros for time clocks; they are expensive compared to other tablets we use. They are needed for the higher-quality forward-facing camera, but it's still disappointing. Also, the employee profiles only allow pictures under 2 MB, which is smaller than most people's standard pictures from their phones. This means that often if a supervisor sends me pictures to add to an employee's profile I have to crop the photo significantly to get the file size under 2 MB, which can take longer. The people. Everyone is friendly and easy to work with. They have always gone above and beyond to help us accomplish our goals no matter how hard the problem was. They are definitely a partner and not just a vendor for us. If we ever have an issue they go out of their way to quickly solve it even if it means providing something custom for our needs. Oloid has been very accomodating in developing and delivering what we are asking without extensive back and forth ticketing processes and costly changes. Our experience has been nothign but excellent with the team allocated to our project. They have allowed us to test and give feedback. I don't really have any dislikes I think that the only nice to have would be a more direct way of contacting our business partners I.E. a teams environment or some other methodology of connecting with out setting up a meeting, or waiting until our biweekly touchbase. The staff that was assigned to my intergration, Atashi and Chandan have been great. I have their direct lines and I can contact them with any emergencies/concerns durign implementation. Additionally, the software is very user friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes facial recognition can be a tough subject. People wish to have privacy and prefer a badge to swipe in. Its a delicate conversation when others feel they are being tracked or recorded. However I believe the positives outweigh the potential for a difficult conversation. Additionally, persons can choose alternatives to facial recognition if they like.
