Once I was assigned to a therapist, the experience was excellent! The app is very user-friendly, and the communication tools work seamlessly. My therapist has been incredibly supportive and professional, making me feel truly heard and understood. What do you dislike about Oliva Health? The process of getting assigned to a therapist was a bit challenging and could definitely be improved. It took longer than I expected, and the steps weren't as clear or smooth as they could be. The first impression was about the software, their platform is amazing, very easy, fast to find a professional match. When I first scheduled a session, the therapist seems a bit younger, I had a pre concept in the begnning, but she was so clever and help me so much with only one session, it was amazing. The process of filling in the questionnaire for being allocated the right therapist was easy and useful and made me re-evaluate my whole life and choices.
