I was really struggling with some personal situations, mainly trying to quit some bad habits -\> smoking (being a smoker for 13+ years) and I've received the support from an excelent professional that really understood me and tried to give me a second perspective and not only I felt encouraged to pursue my goals but also contributed to do some major changes on my life. This was my first time using this kind of services and it was avery nice expericence it really helped me to relax and get better mental and emotional health going and yeah i will continue to use Oliva Health in the future for sure! Right now i have my meetings every other week and they have been awesome! I will continue to use it more as soon i get more free time but love the service i had so far. The meetings setup are really easy to setup so far I only had like 5 or 6 meetings but love what I'm getting from Oliva. Like I mentioned before is my first time using something like Oliva but getting used to it has been really easy I just setup my meeting show up to it and things just happen , love it! I’ve used Oliva a few times throughout the year for online therapy sessions and some courses, and it’s been really helpful for my mental health. The platform is easy enough to use, but honestly, I didn’t pay much attention to that part. Implementation or integration? Not sure about those, I just signed up and it worked. What stood out was the customer support—they’re responsive and helpful whenever I had questions. The therapists were professional and empathetic, making me feel listened to and supported.
