I’ve been using Oliva through work, and it’s been really helpful. The sessions feel supportive, and I like that they have professionals who work in a bunch of different languages. The only real downside for me is that you can’t browse professionals yourself. They match you with someone automatically, which works fine, but sometimes I’d prefer to pick from a list. The Oliva app is really easy to use, sessions can be easily booked, rescheduled and added to your calendar. Evening appointments are available which is good for fitting in with the work schedule. It's also really personalised based on the information that you provide so you can get support to focus on whatever area of your life that you wish. I was matched with a great therapist who hit on what I wanted straightaway. It's such a relief to have somewhere to go and get all the weight off my chest. The questionnaire to match you with your therapist is not the most helpful. I don't think it asks the right questions. That being said, I was still matched with the right therapist. Oliva is a great platform to give everyone different types of support, including self guided tools, coaching and therapy. The matching process is really thorough so it can figure out what type of help you need, even if you don't know what you need yourself. I like that it gives you the choice of 2/3 therapists which suit the answers you provide in the matching quiz, and you can read their profiles beforehand to choose the one you think will suit you best. It would be useful to have access to previous matching quizzes. I had an issue with one I submitted and it removed it completely so I had to do it all again.
