**What do you like best about Okta?**

I like that Okta is very secure and provides a seamless login to our profiles, whether through the app or the email OKRs. It's particularly convenient to have Okta on our phones and use it on the go. Setting it up was also very easy. Once we set up our passwords and connected to our email, it was a single login via Okta, allowing us to log in to all our tools easily.

**What do you dislike about Okta?**

It should have multiple device eligibility wherein I can have a backup device if something happens to my phone.

**What problems is Okta solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Okta for secure and seamless login to work profiles, making access convenient on the go. Setting it up was easy, requiring just password and email connection, enabling single login to all tools.

What I like best about Okta is how easy it makes getting into everything I need. It really helps keep my day moving smoothly.

One thing I dislike about Okta is that the extra security steps, like multi-factor authentication, can sometimes feel repetitive or slow things down—especially when logging in multiple times a day. While I understand the importance of security, it can occasionally interrupt the workflow.

Okta solves the problem of managing multiple logins and passwords by giving one secure place to access all the tools I need. I like Okta's user interface because it is so straightforward that even ordinary people can understand it.

So far, I haven't felt anything like that. But if I do feel something, I will definitely let you know.

Login experience still feels obtuse, forgetful (have to do it multiple times in a single session), and doesn't always maintain our record of apps that we should be able to log into

**What do you like best about Okta?**

I appreciate the login process with Okta. It allows me to use my laptop's fingerprint as the first authentication step, followed by my YubiKey for the second step. Without completing both of these steps, I am unable to access my company laptop.

**What do you dislike about Okta?**

On mobile devices, Okta does not support fingerprint authentication, which means I always have to enter my password and then use my Yubikey. If Okta enabled fingerprint authentication, it would save time and make the process more convenient.

**What problems is Okta solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Okta helps keep my company data secure, which is essential in today's digital age where data theft is so common. Thanks to Okta, I don't have to worry about someone accessing my laptop and my data while I'm away on holiday.

I use Okta for two-factor authentication, and it provides a two-layer security for signing into the working apps I use at my company. It's easy to use, works smoothly, and never fails to give a sign-in prompt, helping me to securely sign in into my working apps like Workday, LMS platform, etc. The initial setup was very easy as well.

As of now there isn't anything, some design improvement would be good if done but it's working fine for me

I like how easy Okta makes it to log in securely to all my work-related applications. I have the Okta app installed on my phone, and whenever I try to log in to systems like Microsoft 365, payroll, or our leave management tool, it either sends me a push notification or asks for an OTP. The Okta Push feature is super convenient—I just approve the login with one tap. It saves time and adds an extra layer of security without making things complicated.

**What do you dislike about Okta?**

There’s honestly not much to dislike, but sometimes if I don’t have my phone nearby or it’s out of battery, it becomes tricky to log in. Also, the push notification and OTPs can occasionally take a few extra seconds to come through, but it’s rare.

**What problems is Okta solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Okta helps make sure that only authorized employees can access company systems. It adds a strong layer of security, especially with features like OTPs and push notifications for login. For me, it means I can access all my work apps securely from anywhere without worrying about password leaks or someone else logging in. It also saves time since I don’t have to remember multiple passwords or go through long verification steps.

The Okta for Good program is the biggest win. 50 free licenses and deep discounts make enterprise-grade security accessible for a non-profit like us.

**What do you dislike about Okta?**

Okta gives Jack.org enterprise-level security and management efficiency that we couldn't otherwise afford. It's complex to master, but the control and security it provides are well worth the administrative hassle.

**What problems is Okta solving and how is that benefiting you?**

"Password Chaos" and Security Risks: Before Okta, our staff and volunteers had to remember a different username and password for every application or use LastPass to share passwords. This led to password reuse, sticky notes on monitors, and an avalanche of password reset requests to the IT team. It was a massive security vulnerability and a huge time sink.Okta helped us to implement SSO, SAML/SCIM, and SWA to eliminate that.

I love that Okta automates our application access while enhancing security, supporting a zero-touch deployment model and ensuring security standards. The integration with HRIS systems to automatically import new users is incredibly beneficial. Okta's comprehensive documentation is very helpful from a support perspective. The overall integration capabilities with various tools and the automations provided once tools are integrated make Okta a no-brainer.

**What do you dislike about Okta?**

I found the initial setup process with Okta quite challenging. While the documentation is robust in certain areas, the activation and integration of specific applications were complicated and required significant interaction with third parties. Additionally, I think Okta's pricing process could benefit from more transparency, as the multiple SKUs can cause costs to increase rapidly. Furthermore, from a leadership perspective, the company's leaders did not necessarily inspire confidence in me.

Instead of bookmarking twenty different URLs and remembering twenty passwords, users have one dashboard with all my apps pre-authenticated.

I hate having to authenticate when it’s tied to my phone. We’re not allowed to use mobile devices inside the office, so this makes it really inconvenient.
