I currently use Okta as a hub in my company. What I like the most about Okta is that it collects all the different applications we use, like Workday, Zoom AI, DC support, Smartsheet, Asana, Salesforce, and more. It's like a one-stop shop for everything, reducing or eliminating the need to sign in to each application separately. I just sign in to Okta, and it gives me access to the various applications we have. I also appreciate the two-step authentication app, which allows me to access Okta from any computer or device worldwide. Additionally, the initial setup process of Okta was very easygoing, straightforward, and user-friendly.
