This has been huge for us in revenue driving. It's affordable and easy to use. I would highly recommend to any e-commerce business! **What do you dislike about Okendo?** There really isn't much to not like about Okendo. I'm excited to see the integrations continue to improve, but overall we're happy! **What problems is Okendo solving and how is that benefiting you?** It allows us to boost credibility with customers by aggregating customer reviews. We are able to moderate these reviews easily. We integrate these reviews with our google ads as well. Very easy integration even though our site is headless! ### 2. It's effortless for my customers to leave reviews, the attribute system is fantastic and really helps you convey what customers like about a product. They share the rating to Google and Meta/Facebook which will help my ad perform. The software is easy to use and offers tons more than any of the other review softwares. **What do you dislike about Okendo?** Prices increased by 20% in 2022, a huge increase for an already expensive app. The plans jump in price quite a bit for just a few extra features. With so many apps needed to run a store successfully, this is a frustrating cost increase. **What problems is Okendo solving and how is that benefiting you?** This app gives me the ability to share user-generated content easily, quickly, and in well-displayed format. I can also sync the software to my email marketing software, Klavyio, and Loyalty Lion for customer retention. ### 3. This is more aimed at pure product reviews. Apart from that really happy with the platform and pleased we switched over from Reviews.io **Recommendations to others considering Okendo:** If you need company reviews as well another platform may be more suitable. **What problems is Okendo solving and how is that benefiting you?** Ability to share reviews across all regional stores and be able to group product variant reviews together to increase the visible number of reviews. The connections to other products in our tech stack allow for deep customer segmentation. **What do you dislike about Okendo?** Not too many downsides to Okendo. It does what it is intended to do. If I had to pick a downside, I would say further UGC integration and ability to leverage the submitted UGC more easily. **What problems is Okendo solving and how is that benefiting you?** We need to have user generated content and solidify our products efficacy. This can only be done through legitimized reviews that then can be leveraged throughout our tech stack. ### 10. Integration with Attentive. Setup was a breeze. I like the prebuilt review widgets and it's quite easy to make minor tweaks to each one. The team at Okendo is great. **What do you dislike about Okendo?** I haven't quite figured out where some of the features are yet, but some minor changes to the UI could probably make the setup process a bit faster. Otherwise, no complaints. **Recommendations to others considering Okendo:** I would definitely consider Okendo, particularly if you're a user of Attentive Mobile or Klaviyo. **What problems is Okendo solving and how is that benefiting you?** Collecting reviews via SMS is a pretty fantastic benefit for us. We get a fantastic CTR via SMS, and we expect that we're going to see those results in an increase in reviews as well. ### 14.
