What do you like best about OfferZen?

As the recruiter, I get to review profiles that all follow the same format that can easily be filtered for my needs. These profile are vetten by OfferZen so I rarely get non-responsive or time-wasting candidates.

You also know what their salary expectations are upfront, which makes it very clear which candidates are within your budget. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about OfferZen?

It took us a bit longer to find a hire because the quality of the candidates is not always super high. But it might be applicable to us specifically as a company since we have very strong requirements for our tech team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

At the beginning (+2 years ago) it lacked candidates from the Netherlands but this has been resolved by now.

Every Monday over a 100 new tech candidates are entered on the platform so you always know its a new batch of candidates. Easy to view candidates based on your requirements. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about OfferZen?

I find the salaries of candidates vary quite a lot with similar experience, etc. I need to look at qualifications and experience and have a benchmark in my head. It would be good if we could see benchmark salary. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
