It's pretty easy to use and the price is really attractive for the possibilities. You can have a website with your own domain name. You have all the options to sell your offers : - Reccuring classes - Séries - memberships You have all the options for pricing - one shot - reccuring payement - donation base payement You can link your zoom account and the link is atomatically generated. You can sell VOD videos. This software can adapte, I think, to any business model. You can manage your emails, reminders and automation onboardings and campagne. I love it ! **What do you dislike about OfferingTree?** On the automation side: With my current plan, I only have two automations available, which is really not enough. There aren’t many trainings on this topic yet. On the email management tool: I would love to see the number of people who click on the links. I would love to embed a mini form in my emails so subscribers can respond directly within the email. On the store side: When you have a membership and you want it to be visible and searchable, you have to upload one video per item. Then your students have to purchase each item individually to access the videos. That’s not a very good user experience. I’m a French user, and there is a lot of information in English that I can’t change. Website, email, invoicing, reports, etc. The best part of Offering Tree is they are always putting on webinars so you can learn from strong leaders in the industry, AND they continuously put effort in to make changes when there are suggestions. I really appreciate that because it makes you feel part of the community, and not just a number to them. I also love the "working hours" they have, because if you have questions you can just hop on a Zoom call and get them answered right away, versus waiting on an emailed response (although they do email directly as well). It's an easy system to implement into your business, no matter what stage you're at. **What do you dislike about OfferingTree?** The only 2 things I dislike about OT: 1) you cannot put more than one item "in your cart" at one time - this can lead to a loss of purchases 2) the look and "feel" of the front end when it comes to what has been purchased by a customer; when they log on and go to a purchased "course" for example, the look feels very outdated, and when you click on the titles on the left screen, the right side of the screen doesn't automatically bring you to the top of the page. If you have a user who is unfamiliar with tech, they may not realize all they need to do is scroll up. I wish there was a feature that just had it refresh to the top of the page. ^ I also have not submitted these suggestions, so I'm sure if I did, there would be progress made on each! **What problems is OfferingTree solving and how is that benefiting you?** OfferingTree is giving me a website that also functions with landing pages, and email marketing system, a CRM, and KPI/reporting to follow. It's just, I have control over it in one price. **What do you dislike about OfferingTree?** I would like to have multiple ways to offer a lead magnet and have people sign up separately for those, yet still funnel to the email list. I would like to control sizing of images easier and not just rely on padding and dragging. Layouts seem a little cumbersome sometimes. Sometimes I save something and get an error message, which makes me lose the work I did. Font control could be better too. The help seems to be lacking at times, with older videos and not enough ways to learn the tool. I enjoy the user experience with Offering Tree as well. The scheduling software and how easy it is for my clients to book their classes and appointments. I use it for all of my scheduling needs from 1:1 consultation calls to large webinars. 2. OfferingTree acts as your full website, and not just a software you have to embed into a separate site – although that is also possible to do. 3. Their customer support and team are top notch. They listen to the users and are always working on the next helpful update. OfferingTree is so much better now than when I joined in 2021, and I liked it a lot back then. 4. Finally, OfferingTree is super affordable for everything you get. **What do you dislike about OfferingTree?** The current downside of OfferingTree is that because it is an all-in-one, it doesn't integrate as easily with other platforms. There is some integration with Zapier (yay!) but not super robust. **What problems is OfferingTree solving and how is that benefiting you?** As a yoga teacher – at first I joined OfferingTree to allow for tiered pricing for my pay-what-you-want online yoga classes. Even if I was using OfferingTree for only that, it would be worth it. My previous system only allowed paid or free scheduling, no in between. It's also a great platform to host an on-demand video library for a very affordable price. I don't know any other platforms host online video libraries AND manage all the scheduling & booking of live events and classes. From my business coaching perspective – OfferingTree has given me a great platform to share with my yoga business building clients. I now I have something solid to recommend they get started with for those needing a website and software. I used to teach yoga teachers how to piece together all of the various systems needed for an online business. Now I can confidently recommend OfferingTree as a solid all-in-one. I built my mom's hair styling business website with appointment booking through OfferingTree. For over 2 years, it's saved her so much time by allowing clients to self-schedule and by providing email and text message reminders, so she doesn't have to make dozens of phone calls every day. Promo codes are very easy to use as well. They've got some great basic reports as well. I have had systems with more bells and whistles (and a MUCH higher pricetag) but found them too complicated to use as a sole proprieter. I can easily set up online or in person offerings and the majority of my clients can work with the software for online classes very easily. (Over 70 crowd sometimes needs a little more support from me to get started). I have found support to be very responsive and helpful, and they frequently offer workshops and the like to help you figure things out from both a software perspecitve and a biz perspective. Highly recommend! It integrates very easily with my zoom subscription for online use. I currently offer 3 weekly live online classes and some private Pilates sessions and it 100%. pays for itself. I've launched an independent yoga business instead of a studio, so it's going to take time and a lot of work to get students into my business and to pay off the annual fee. I think this would be a great solution for studio owners who don't want to use profit-sharing (stealing) platforms like Mindbody or Vagaro. But it's incredibly pricey for independent yoga teachers. **What problems is OfferingTree solving and how is that benefiting you?** I've been a WordPress user since 2010 and had thought about just turning my regular business website over there into my yoga business website. However, all the booking/scheduling plugins and integrations suck. The functionality is very similar to what I'm used to with WordPress. It's just that the platform is built specifically for the purpose of scheduling and managing classes. Right now, the video cards feel bulky and visually unappealing; they function fine, but the overall look is a bit overwhelming. Personally, I’d prefer a more modern, “Netflix-style” layout instead. I also wish the store were completely separated from the on-demand library. In the client view, it currently shows as “Online Store,” which is confusing — something like “Videos” or “On-Demand Library” would make the purpose much clearer. I also wish the instructional text inside the client account were clearer.
