It's an opensource software with community and enterprise edition. Its included with Accounting, Project Management, Customer Management, Employee & Recruitment Management, Inventory & Warehouse, Sales and Purchase modules. Also, any module can be added to the system and Odoo itself provides most of the common modules. Undoubtedly the best suite for small and medium-sized companies because of its low costs compared to all the characteristics it has. **What do you dislike about Odoo ERP?** Since its covering most of the areas, there are some areas with weakness and issues. Setup and initial configuration are difficult and Odoo displays lots of errors in between. **Recommendations to others considering Odoo ERP:** Setup and community edition first and then evaluate it very well. There will be lots of issues which will affect very badly. **What problems is Odoo ERP solving and how is that benefiting you?** We were looking for accounting and HRM tool and started with Odoo, later switched to another software ### 3. It also provides us to establish and organize a well structured sales flow is crucial to maintain control of your sales process and have a 360 ° view of their initiatives, opportunities and potential customers. **What do you dislike about Odoo ERP?** We have nothing to complain about this excellent software that has allowed my company to manage a portfolio of clients, both potential and existing, simply and efficiently, this information being accessible to all authorized personnel of our business, we have also cataloged it as a product that is up to the needs of the company and customers. **Recommendations to others considering Odoo ERP:** Odoo offers us within its workflow, each stage must correspond to a defined objective with a corresponding probability. Issuing a commercial invoice is quite easy. **What do you dislike about Odoo ERP?** Adaptability to WMS system is not there. It is a single source of system however linking to SAP ERP is almost not possible. **Recommendations to others considering Odoo ERP:** You may use Oddo for small scale business. For a bigger scale, it is still not yet prepared to be integrated. **What problems is Odoo ERP solving and how is that benefiting you?** Mostly order management for small quantity and issuing documents regarding shipment. ### 6. From the install on, we could see that this software does have a lot going for it. We ended up developing our own in house solution inspired by this software. **What do you dislike about Odoo ERP?** This software seems to want to cater to many, many different needs. While it does this well, since it doesn't do this with one audience specifically, it could be better. A solution that would focus on fewer things better would have been better. **Recommendations to others considering Odoo ERP:** Go into this one with an open mind that it may not be perfect for your needs. If you contact and work with their support team you may find that you can have things tailored to you. This works best if you have the staffing and time to dedicate to that endeavor. We ended up developing our own in house solution instead of relying on that solution of going back and fourth with the developers. **What problems is Odoo ERP solving and how is that benefiting you?** We were looking for a good eCommerce platform for our sales department to implement and use long term. ### 7.
