Odoo was one of the great experience for us, as a new small business, we decided to have everything organised and focus on the ERP side. Odoo has a friendly interface with easy access and usage. Navigation is smooth once set up, and the range of modules provides strong value for money compared to other ERP solutions. The customer support and sales practices are unacceptable. I was sold Odoo.sh with written assurances of free migration, only to learn after paying that my database version was unsupported. For months, I had no access to what I paid for, with no proactive remedy. I was bounced between departments, promises of credits went unfulfilled, and executive escalation requests were ignored.
