What do you like best about Odoo Email Marketing?

Odoo's email marketing tool has been such a great one. It was one of the best tool i used i terms of reaching my previous employer. The tool is very seemless to use and less complex. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Odoo Marketing Automation?

For me and my team, the best part is that we can integrate any other business operation into our MA. We can send automated communications based on billing, project status, TOD, BOM, inventory levels, and anything else we can dream up. With a little bit of configuration Odoo can automate anything around MA. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Odoo Marketing Automation?

It's different enough that it requires training to use. To get the full power out of it (more power than any other platform) it requires a developer and that you use Odoo for all operations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Odoo Marketing Automation:

Don't use it as a standalone it's far better if you use CRM, Contact, Sales, and Website all in the same package. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Odoo Marketing Automation?

The Odoo marketing automation not only help helps us manage email campaigns and email flows but also provides excellent tools and actions for sales teams to follow up on in the CRM. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Some of the server action automation takes some learning and when setting up are the first time can result in some confusion. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Odoo Marketing Automation solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are able to manage marketing processes on multiple campaigns, across multiple channels, automatically and with ease. With Odoo marketing automation, we are target customer groups and product groups with automated messages through email. One example is we are able to automatically send feedback email to customers after an e-commerce sale and of the back of the feedback if it is negative action a salesperson to call and resolve any issue that may have happened.
