While the overall interface is very easy to use, sometimes it is difficult to workaround some issues. For example I wanted to make an automation to manufacture products in certain batch sizes, and it took a fair bit of work to make it happen. It may take a bit of a workaround to function perfectly for some situations. But the tools available for creating different automations are extremely robust, and I'm confident they could work for most any business. I only use Inventory because it allows me to convert orders from my customers into purchase order with my vendors through a selectable Drop ship option. All I need to do is attach a vendor to any item in the store. When the order comes in I just need to confirm it and it send the purchase order right to the vendor.
