I find the customization of reporting boards in Octup very helpful for our different warehouse teams to see what is most important to them. The ability to set custom reporting boards is unique, allowing me to set different metrics for a few boards, which means specific boards for different department management teams without the need to filter through irrelevant information. The account management team is also amazing to work with. I also appreciated the dedication from the Octup team during the initial setup, ensuring our manual processes were minimal. I would like more visibility into the data that is creating the metrics. Being able to see the specific orders and pull reports like which orders fell outside of the set SLAs would be very helpful to use for continuous improvement internally. I really like how easy it is to navigate Octup's single dashboard, which keeps everything in one place. I also appreciate the 'ask Octup' feature, which is their AI tool.
