**What do you like best about Octadesk?**

Octadesk changed the game around here. What I like the most is that it ends the madness of jumping from tab to tab; having WhatsApp in the same place saves an incredible amount of time.

Moreover, the automation bots are very straightforward and don't leave the client hanging, which gives the team a huge breather to focus on what really matters. It's that tool you install and, in no time, you can't understand how you managed to work without the reports and organization it provides. It's definitely worth the investment for anyone who wants to get organized.

**What do you dislike about Octadesk?**

At first, the number of functions is a bit overwhelming and it takes a little time to set everything up our way. But once you get past this adjustment phase, the tool runs so smoothly that we have nothing to complain about.

**What problems is Octadesk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest problem we solved was the dispersion of conversations. Before, we would get lost between different tabs and devices, and now we've centralized everything. This gave the team tremendous agility and we stopped losing leads due to delayed responses. The ease of implementing automations also helped filter what is urgent from what is a simple question.

**What do you like best about Octadesk?**

The system is very practical, it assists us a lot in our daily routine. It tends to be dynamic and has had few errors. The resources are very practical in my department. I use almost all the functions without major problems!! The support team is always very quick to assist us. Personally, I am very satisfied!!

**What do you dislike about Octadesk?**

The only disadvantage is having to contact all the clients again on Monday because of Meta. I think if this didn't exist or if there was something more practical, the system would be 100% perfect!!!

We were having some issues with the automated service. The octa team introduced us to AI. We are in the process of implementation and I believe this will give us greater mobility throughout the services.

The clean and modern look with octopus animations.

The way it freezes and makes the text I wrote in the ticket responses disappear, and how it stops fetching the person responsible from another desk, forcing me to refresh the page, but it helps exercise my mind by making me remember that I need to copy everything I wrote to avoid the risk of having to write it all over again.

He helps me organize the appointments by creating a queue and filtering the tickets by priority.

I am very satisfied with the dynamism of Octadesk. The platform is intuitive and agile, and the journey we can build with the chatbot is vast and very flexible, which opens up numerous possibilities for customization and automation.

Another very positive point is the integration with artificial intelligence and external connections, which make the system truly powerful and capable of delivering smarter and more efficient experiences.

It would be great if the system automatically closed chatbot conversations after a period of no interaction, to keep the organization and control of the interactions more fluid.

At the moment, I suffer more from META's errors. I know it's not something from the platform itself, but unfortunately, it only happens when using the platform.

iClips is an ERP management software for communication agencies and marketing teams. We started using Octadesk in June 2025, mainly focused on customer service, utilizing chatbot, artificial intelligence, and ticketing resources. In 1 month of implementation, we already had the result of 60% of calls being resolved by Woz. With the arrival of Octa, we were able to optimize many processes and streamline the routine of the CS, Support, and Sales teams.

There are some instabilities and bugs constantly.

Currently, we have a base of over 5,000 users who use the system. Previously, there was a significant overload on the support team with questions that could easily be answered with AI. With Woz, we achieved this; we combined our help center with Woz and saw results in the first month with 60% of the tickets resolved by AI, bringing great operational efficiency.

I like the practicality of viewing social networks through conversations, in addition to the entire structure that is easy to configure, a system that is not rigid at all.

We still haven't been able to adapt to some limitations regarding configurations, and we don't have a real-time chat that doesn't cost our credits. We had this on the previous platform and it was used a lot.

It has powerful features making it stand out, innovative tools and advanced functionalities functionalities. It is a simple ans user friendly interface where you can plan, handle and evaluate customer conversations. The initial implementation is automated and offers reasonable pricing thus suitable and supportive to the users.

Sometimes the social networks would randomly disconnect and need to be connected again which can be time consuming. I know with time these instabilities will be improved with the constant updates.

The interface gives the access to history with interactions with clients allowing us as the organisation offer services as per their requests and not mess up in future relations. It allows the use of gifs, images and videos which helps understand customers better and bring them closer in a charming and fun way.
