Its third-party integration helped us a lot in working and functioning efficiently as we didn’t have to jump between multiple apps for our work. Their integration with API is the best feature they have, and the feature to recognize new channel partners using partnership intents helps us achieve our goals. While working on Oceanfrog we were able to make a list and segment our accounts based on our tech, spending, and buying intent. The platform was really easy to implement for our organization. The dashboard of Oceanfrog is very dull and unattractive and the tools present there are also very complicated to understand. Sometimes the data provided by Oceanfrog is not accurate and correct which caused problems while working on the software. The UI of Oceanfrog is complicated for beginners to understand making it difficult to use to the optimum level. Customer support of the platform needs to be improved as many times they don't respond. The quality of prospects generated based on the criteria has been excellent. The mail ids have been almost 100% accurate.
