Drift from our desired state is identified and reporting integrates into our defect systems to drive workflow. Remedial configurations and impacts are clear and help drive fast resolution to design gaps. Our compliance teams can quickly generate reports on compliance for our external auditors with Oak9. We occasionally have to reconcile control design gaps with our implementation across layers of cloud infrastructure. This is a complex problem but Oak9 is very quick to collaborate and release updates. Some of the deep UI is clunky but getting better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
