I believe part of the process is to keep improving the platform and to incorporate the previous experiences of projects carried out in Chile, in order to later offer a well-polished product without so many additional configuration options. **What problems is O3 Solutions solving and how is that benefiting you?** Solve the problem of having information scattered everywhere, which is also managed departmentally. This limits access to information or it doesn't reach the different areas of the project on time, resulting in inconsistencies and delays. The standardized import structure, along with the many API endpoints, makes O3 a very valuable store of project information for both day-to-day planning activities and special, one-off analysis questions. **What do you dislike about O3 Solutions?** There are far too many black-box features with virtually no documentation, and the only real way to figure out how they work is through experimentation and trial and error. Clear, formal documentation, especially around configuring the more fringe or less commonly used features, would be greatly appreciated. **What problems is O3 Solutions solving and how is that benefiting you?** Migrating projects from Excel spreadsheet-centric planning to a relational database with a polished front end enables many end users to answer their own questions about project data.
