The most helpful thing I find about Nxtwave is that the lecture videos are recorded and given to the students. Let's assume I stumbled upon a topic out of the blue and need help learning it, I can quickly pull out my lecture videos and see them n number of times. It is very easy to use and flexible. I would say the biggest downside might be that the videos are already recording. Again it is a very personal opinion. I would wish someone to teach the class and a recording of that particular class can be handed down to students. With NxtWave I can get to them any time I want to either revise some content or topics that may interest me on certain subject for further understanding.
