Some of the security measures, which are there for obvious reasons, can make some of the admin duties cumbersome when adding data to the platform i.e. no copy & paste functions when adding long email addresses & the special character requirements mean having to edit our documents prior to uploading. Overall, the platform is useful for the HR/Training department. I can make sure all training is up to date. Production team leaders and Quality Auditors are using Nvolve on the Ipads to train their teams on specific procedures, which means less paper is used. It is helpful to find any training records of our employees required by Auditors or Visitors. from the time the platform has been updated, one very helpful report has been changed - in Learning, expiry date report - instead of access to the list of main training, there is a list of all employees. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
