Here state in the event that we have limited quantity of information to be managed, there we can without much of a stretch use Nuxeo Studio. Additionally the real preferred position of utilizing this instrument is that we can fire SQL like inquiries to bring the information, which gives a straightforwardness to the client for information recovery. What do you like best about Nuxeo?

Top three things I've come to love with Nuxeo:

1) Wow... what a broad offering. Finding that Nuxeo does almost as much as OpenText and other top tier competitors, and the rate of feature adds and expanded capabilities is proving to be very fast.

2) Documentation and training is very good (with a caveat, see below) -- there's digestible training for all levels

3) Nuxeo presents a very modern design. Modeling your new digital workplace is easy with the right tooling. Nuxeo delivers that without the burdens of its own previous designs (more on this below too)

BONUS: Search option. Wow... I mean what a great opportunity to do real federated search. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nuxeo?

1) There's a bit of a learning curve for tech teams. If you've been deep in your legacy apps, this one is new. Training content is available and the support folks are great, but some thing you just got to get your hands dirty with. Plan for a longer ramp up period if doing the heavy lifting in house.

2) The transition to Nuxeo has been a little harder to communicate to legacy stakeholders. The hardest part of any digital transformation is getting user/stakeholder and, frankly, most of our IT team to think beyond the paper-paradigm and the "it's a big database". Transition goes much easier with a good taxonomist, evangelizing the lifecycle management (the record is the asset, DAM'it!). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Nuxeo solving and how is that benefiting you?

Compliance, records, workflow. Same ol', same ol'.

Ours was an internal experiment to explore the viability and "learnability" of Nuxeo. Future roll out state is very TBD Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
