Product is not transferable meaning if your laptop or PC fails or is stolen or if you want to upgrade you have repurchase the program. The program states they give you 2 free updates and they dont also the software itself looks antiquated. To best describe the software it looks like it belongs in the 1980's.

The program is easy to use, it has got a large a database of foods and the analysis contains many nutrients.Their customer service and technical support is great and they continue to provide excellent updates to the program.
