The PDF viewing and processing tools are fast and efficient, and the redaction and annotation capabilites were exceptional. This will be a huge advantage for our users. We have implemented PSDPFKit SDKs across our applications from the server backend to web and native mobile clients. We've been using their software tools for at least 5 years now, and they have enabled us to provide a lot of value for our customers, and our customers use that feature freuqently. The implementation was technical but straightforward for our developers, and we've been able to extend some of the functionality to suit our needs. Overall, the performance handles documents of varying complexity well, and their UI has been easy for our customers to work with, no matter their skill level. Due to some of our technical customizations and handling of annotation data, there have been a few instances where upates to the PSPDFKit software caused some incompatibility issues across platforms, causing us to need to be careful with backwards compatibility with older versions of our mobile apps where it may take users a while to get updated.
