- I'd love if Numeral had an external reporting API so that we could import expected tax liability in as it's calculated

I find Numeral incredibly easy to use. The customer service is great, always there when I need help. Additionally, everything is well-organized in one place, which includes reporting, filing, and keeping track of nexus targets and registration. It's so helpful for our clients to stay compliant with sales tax and nexus laws without having to file in every state or keep up with changing regulations. This automation saves us a lot of time and cost, which is a huge benefit. I also appreciate how Numeral seamlessly connects with Shopify, making the whole process even smoother. I really like how easy the onboarding was with Numeral, and the support team has been super helpful. I appreciate that all the physical mail is handled by Numeral, which saves me a lot of hassle. The integration with QuickBooks and Shopify is a great feature, even though the QuickBooks one took a bit longer to figure out, but customer service was really helpful there. One thing I miss from Avalara is the ability to see all transactions right on the home screen. With Numeral, I have to download a form, which makes it a bit less simple to pick out transactions. It's not a major issue, but it involves more steps and digging to ensure everything is correct, especially with QuickBooks transactions, although I haven't found any mistakes so far. You can't speak to a human. They don't address the problems and the BIGGEST issue of professional concern is that they don't use their own credentials to log into the state websites to file.
