If there’s anything to mention as a dislike, it might be the learning curve during the initial transition—not on Numeral’s part, but just adjusting to a new system and way of doing things. We moved to Numeral from TaxJar. Numeral is so much better. The customer service is amazing, and the onboarding team helped make our transition seamless. I wish that Numeral would sync with Etsy. I would also like to receive a copy of our filed return. Sometimes the only proof I have of filing is a payment receipt (which is usually zero for us). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I love about Numeal is how easy their platform is to use and the excellent customer support they provide. Interface is clean but it can take some time to find specific sales tax status across multiple states for a specific time frame. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I’ve been using Numeral for a year now, and I think I’ve logged in only a couple of times since setup. They handle everything—automatically registering me in new states and making sure my taxes are paid each month.
